I visited this workshop for a puncture repair on 2nd April 2025 and paid £32 for the service. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed scratches on my car that were caused during the repair. This was very frustrating. I contacted the workshop immediately and sent them pictures of the damage on the same day, as they requested. However, today is 8th April 2025, and I still haven't received any response.

While I was there, I also witnessed another dissatisfied customer. He had come in for a tyre change and an MOT. He mentioned that one of the staff members had pressed the stop-start button inside his car, jamming it. He then had to call a recovery team to take his car to another workshop for repairs as TW couldn't repair it .

Based on these experiences, I wouldn't recommend this workshop to anyone.

Used this garage a few times and always had good experience. Are they the cheapest in the area? No but they certainly are competitive with their pricing. They have completed several different tasks over a couple of different cars including tyres and air con and they’ve always fitted me in next day if they’ve had space. Staff are incredibly polite and explain everything they have done. Every time work has been done it’s been correct and we have never had a complaint. Thank you!

I definitely recommend this place for tyre changes. Starting from reception the team were very professional in dealing with the service. Tyre changes balancing tracking and alignments were very well done. Gave alignment report before and after alignment for reassurance. Also can feel the difference while driving. Great team, well done!

In addition as cherry on top, while you wait for the work to be done, they have a decent waiting area, also provide free tea/coffee and a clean WC for customer use.

These guys are fantastic. Don’t do the usual Kwil Fit nonsense of saying tyre can’t be repaired. These guys took the time to order me a new tyre in case it couldn’t be fixed and heh presto they fixed it for £32 and saved me buying a new tyre costing £345! Would not go anywhere else.

Very DISAPPOINTED! and glad I ended up not having the work done here.
Booked in for some Exhaust work which was the replacement of 2 x rubber hangers that had perished plus a couple of clamps required.
Firstly quoted £200+ told the exhaust system needed realignment, LIES! Then told they couldn't do it as they had not taken into account, it was a LWB needing a specific ramp, inspite of me making that clear at the time of booking, then being told i was only booked for a quote, again not true. The man on reception could not have cared less.
Having booked a day off work not wanting to lose more time I decided to do the job myself, It cost less than £20 in parts I was finished in 30mins.
ALL LINED UP PERFECTLY!
In my opinion.....
SCAMMERS! making work for themselves and OVER CHARGING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD ADMIN!
This was my second similar experience here. 2 visits in 2 years giving then the benefit of the doubt first time.
ALWAYS use BT TYRES for tyres in Rugby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and were very reassuring throughout the process. What impressed me the most was that they checked my car thoroughly and didn’t charge me a penny for it. It's rare to find such honesty and customer care these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional service.

Amazing service all round. Arrived on time for my early morning alignment booking, my car was taken in straight away as priority. I also took in an extra little job which despite being busy, took it on no problem. The tracking was a difficult job too, however the result was both fast and spot on. Great work TW.

service was good bit seems pricey to me , just had a new tyre for £85.
