He had it sold to the first viewers and then fought hard to keep the sale together, despite there being numerous twists and turns during the process. He was also really helpful with dealing with solicitors etc. we have bought and sold before with other estate agents but not received the service we received. Ashley is a legend. My husband and I were told we couldn’t sell for what we wanted, we didn’t know whether to sell or not so I called Ashley @ Turners. He came out on time, was professional and completely honest with us. He put the house up for sale with stunning photos and sold it for what we wanted on day one of viewings.

I could message literally day or night and he’d always respond.
I then threw a spanner in the works half way through a chain and he didn’t panic or judge he just kept guiding me and kept our end smooth running.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley of Turners Estate Agents.

What made him stand out from all other local firms was not just his competitive, transparent, and all-inclusive pricing, but his professional and friendly approach to dealing with my enquiry and sale of our house.

I will say straight off the bat that we didn't proceed with listing our house due to the current increase in mortgage rates, but that aside, Ashley worked extremely hard on our sale; after coming round to meet with me and get a feel for the property as well as measure up, he arranged for his photographer and floor-plan designer to come round the very next day to seamlessly and conveniently progress the sale and get our property on the market as soon as possible.

What makes the service I receive worth a 5* review despite not actually progressing with our sale was the fact that Ashley never pressured us and took a relaxed and friendly approach to dealing with our sale, I had no reservations to call him up and explain that (despite all his hard work) we wouldn't be progressing with our sale.

Ashley dealt with this professionaly with ufull understanding and not once did he pressure us or try to push ahead with the sale anyway, and for that reason I have kept his details and will definitely be going back to him in a few years when we are ready to sell.

Based on this experience I would recommend using Turners and like I said, we look forward to dealing with Ashley in the future.
