We regularly take taxis as four people between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and the going rate is normally £25 so we queried when we were dropped home at 8:30pm why it was £40. Upon ringing head office they told us that because there were four people in the car they double their price from the two person rate of £25. I have never heard of this, absolute rip-off merchants. It was a 6.5 mile journey that took 15 minutes.

In response to the owner’s response - we have a voice recording of our follow up call with the operator so please do not continue to lie. The journey was absolutely 6.5 miles and a 15 year old Mercedes is not a “luxury car”. People should be aware of your tactics to scam people, on no planet is £40 a reasonable rate for Tunbridge Wells to Tonbridge. Additionally we repeatedly offered to pay the driver a fair rate (what everyone else charges before midnight) of £25 and did indeed end up paying the full £40 much to our chagrin. We did not ask you for a refund at any point.

A wonderful service- my partner was discharged from hospital late at night following an accident and we needed transport home. Our car came on time and the tracker was really useful so we knew when to expect it . Kind helpful and professional driver and very reasonable rates.Thank you!

Late and had to ask me for directions in an area I don't know. 15 mins late arrival both there and back with no call or text to let me know, had to call the office both times. No traffic on the way back just 'busy' I assume picking up and dropping off others that haven't booked... then quoted me more than I was quoted in the phone. Won't be using them again. Good points was clean car and safe, but being on time or notifying of lateness is very important in the service for me.
