One star is still too much! Booked a taxi for Gatwick run month before we flew checked a few days before to be told it had been cancelled and rebooked it then. Still on the morning no show we rung and they sent a car late but we got there in the end. Whilst driving to gatwick I confirmed a car had been booked for our return this morning at 01:30 even confirmed it was a meet and greet service and no one showed. After waiting an hour and numerous unanswered calls we had to arrange something else to get home. I personally think this company need to rebook at their customer service and train all their staff again!!! I personally will never use this shower of s#*t again

We have been using Gatwick express cars regularly for airport pick up and drop over the last 5 years. We are very happy with their service. They are dependable, punctual, friendly, helpful and the fares are reasonable. Highly recommend this company.
