Have just booked a holiday in store and were dealt with by the lovely Jo. She was amazing. We were not over sold anything, and she was a great help with the insurance. May even bring her back a gift from Turkey. 🤩

Went in to store to get some questions answered as taking a person away with me with mobility issues. I was highlighted other stuff to assist with booking.
Jo answered all my questions and more and made it a great experience, a brilliant member of staff.
Have booked several holidays with tui recently due to the service you receive in store when booking.
Only down side is you can complain on tui sites but not give great feedback.

So grateful to the amazing manager (Trevor I think?) who has 27 years’ experience with Tui. Thanks to his great advice my family and I have just enjoyed the best holiday ever in Paphos. So glad I called in to the Tui shop before booking - it made such a difference ! I will definitely call in before the next trip.

I would like to thank Josie a member of staff at this branch for helping me out of a muddle that I had created.
I checked in on my holiday flight online (Ryanair) and had put an extra h in my name. I tried calling Ryanair to speak to someone with no luck or using the chat bot.
I eventually ended up on the phone to Josie (hope I spelt it correctly). She was so understanding and helpful and very knowledgeable, she called me back the next day to inform me that she had sorted it all out for me without any additional cost.

Went into store as the hotel I booked had terrible reviews over the last month or so. I spoke to Jo and Jess who were lovely and managed to change the hotel for me, great customer service and lovely people!
