Total shambles of an organisation. They cancelled my course five minutes after I started and offered no form of compensation, even though everyone attending had taken time off work to attend. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

I was 30 minutes into the course and I told the host that my children would be arriving home from school soon and they would have to walk through to get to their rooms. She then told me that she would kick me from the course if that happened so I said ill have to move to another room quickly then and went to stand at which point she kicked me out of the course. An extreme and unfair reaction. I also found the host to be very condescending and pretentious. I am now going through a complaints procedure to get a full refund as I would rather take the 3 points than have to deal with these idiots again.

Absolute shambles of a service! Had to drive over 1 hour in the snow as I hadn’t received any notification of it being cancelled and obviously if we cancel there is a charge. Got to the venue for 8am with great difficulty. Everybody had managed to make it. An hour after it should have started we were informed (us having to call) that it had been cancelled! So now I’m an hour away from home, highly frustrated and having to drive back home in the snow! The ladies on the phone said it has been cancelled because our safety is more important and they don’t encourage dangerous driving. Yet don’t let us know til we’ve already arrived! Absolute joke. Why couldn’t the instructor contact us when he knew he wouldn’t be able to get there? (Even though everyone else managed it alright) if he’s travelling long distance surely he knew hours before the time? How can someone educate people on driving if they can’t even manage a little snow themselves?

So overall, £90 cost for course, 2 hours driving in the snow, petrol expenses and expenses for taking a day off work. Oh and there’s no available courses to book on to.

Oh and to the lady that hung up on me. Thanks for your excellent customer service, perhaps if you don’t/can’t deal with frustrated people whilst working for a company that’s processes are clearly broken, then you should find a job where you only deal with happy people. Hanging up on people that have valid reasoning isn’t good practise.

This is a pure money making scheme, no doubt about it! I’ll take the points rather than fund your terrible business!

Also, if you know in advance that a course is taking place, why wouldn’t the venue clear the paths for people? Half of the attendees got stuck in the car park!

Absolutely terrible experience. I signed up to do the speed awareness course through TTC. i was looking forward to it and was ready to complete the online course. I was in the waiting from for over half an hour before the course. I was admitted to the zoom meeting room 10 minutes after the course was intended to start, then we experienced some technical difficulties. i was then removed again from the meeting and after another long wait i was told that the course had started and that i would have to rebook. Unfortunately there was no courses available in my time frame so i enquired about a refund. i was told that i could only receive essentially 50% of my money back. Essentially i have been charged for TTC's mistakes. I'd book with someone else. The person i spoke to on the phone was nice but also clearly didn't care. I can't blame them for it though as not caring is probably part of their work culture, going by every interaction i have had with TTC.

Course cancelled by TTC within 1 hour of due start time. Could not provide me with a suitable alternative time so I asked for refund. Only received half of what I paid for the course back so I am out of pocket because of their cancellation! Call handlers quite rude and unhelpful. Have want a complaint but not expecting much from this company. AVOID!

I joined the meeting for my course in good time today to be told it would not go ahead due to issues with the trainers internet connection. I was with the rest of the group assured that I would be placed in to another course that would finish at the same time as my original curse at 5.30pm by the technical assistant dealing with the group. We were told to wait for an email with joining instructions for the new course which would arrive no later than 15.05. I received no email and attempted to find a number for TTC to find out was happening. In the interim I received a call from Rebecca at TTC who told me I could not be offered another course for today and would have to rebook for another day.

I explained that I had taken half a day of leave at my own expense to attend the course and this was totally unacceptable. I am a full time carer outside of working hours so my options are almost impossible I had gone to great lengths to make myself available today and another day was not an option. I was told there was nothing that could be done everyone was in a meeting and that the procedure was to email.

This has made my situation very difficult has caused me great emotional distress and is through no fault of my own.

On hold for best part of an hour again then just disconnected due to ''lines are now closed'. Hard to communicate with anyone but since reading the reviews on how rude the staff are and the scam course not delivering after paying £100 for a useless service, I'll be booking through another course provider. Sounds like a mess. Thank you for the warnings

Attempted to book a course with them and took the day off work to book the course. Was in the waiting room 1 hour early for the appointment. The time rolls around and I'm waiting for 20 minutes to be let in so I phone support trying to work out what happened. They come to let me in and I try to turn my camera on and the lady immediately locks me out of the call. Very glad i recorded the entire situation. The support lady had to rebook me on the course. Very disappointed with the course host for untimely management.
