I went to buy some earrings a few days ago that looked lovely. The woman who worked there was really lovely and helpful. When I got home one earring snapped as I was about to try it on. Took it back the shop the next day.
The woman I went to was clearly the owner. What a horrible nasty human being . She insulted me by saying that her items didn’t break then tried to make out I was scamming her. Told me the fraud squad would be involved if I didn’t use the same card for my refund.. I kept telling her it snapped before I even put in in my ear. I will NEVER go back again to this shop. She was even nasty about the lady that worked for her so I’d say get out now while you can.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the ring I bought and the sarcastic and unhelpful attitude of the woman in the shop who gave contradictory excuses for a clearly poor quality and unwearable ring. Her offer to send it for repair, at my expense, and then post it back was insulting. I regret ever giving them custom and would advise anyone else to think twice.
