Fantastic service and support. I work on my own running a small business and was looking for advice about the dangers of silica dust generated in my workspace. I got in touch with Trolex via their contact form and received a response in less than a day. The staff member who helped me was fantastic; although the small size of my business means that there is no real prospect of a large contract from me, I feel that immense care was taken to give me good advice, to suggest alterations to the way I work and to help me with practical methods of monitoring dust levels. Dealing with workplace hazards like dust can feel bewildering; you know that the consequences of not dealing with the issue can be really catastrophic, but if you don't have a technical background in this area it is hard to know how to approach the problem. I cannot recommend Trolex highly enough - they were incredibly generous with advice and support and have left me feeling reassured and able to deal with what could have been a dangerous issue. Requested a quote from this company on 02/04/2019 and still haven't got a price from them after 2 months and several contacts. All they have tried to do is troll my opportunity for themselves and not provide me with a price. Poor professional conduct of behavior. Avoid if you can.
