Disgraceful behaviour by a driver on a carpark - reversing into a parent and child space and driver of private hire 496 shot in - no fare, female adult passenger stayed in car and he shopped. I am not privileged - the car park had plenty of spaces unfortunately non wide enough to get a toddler in and out of a car seat. I drew his attention to my situation - he smirked! Won't be using this company again!

We recently used 2020 taxis for a journey to and from Birmingham airport. Our driver was a man called Syed. He was brilliant and was so helpful and friendly. I’m disabled and he went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. I don’t normally do reviews but I felt that I had to this time as he is a credit to your company 👍

Didn't use them in the end, managed to get a lift from a friend. One star because the review won't alow me to get rid of this without a review.

So just had a crazy response from Triple Twenty Taxis. Not happy about my giving a 1 star to get it off my system, for your information I didn't contact this company, I didn't request their service nor did I want it on my Google account. They suggested I give them a 5 star, now thats mental to cause people to think I rate a company 5 stars when I never used them. That would be miss leading and bring my integrity into question, stand by and ill provide further feedback if they respond.

I've been using Triple 20 Taxis for nearly 4 years now, and overall, my experience has been great. While I’ve had very few bad experiences, the positives far outweigh them.

One of the best things about Triple 20 is their app—it’s easy to use, and my favourite feature is the ability to pre-book a ride without any extra charges. That level of convenience is hard to find with other taxi services. Their customer service has also been excellent whenever I’ve had an issue, always quick to respond and helpful.

Most of the cars are clean and comfortable, and the majority of drivers are professional and friendly, making for a pleasant journey. Recently, I had a great experience with driver #819—he drove really well and made the journey even better with a nice and enjoyable conversation.

I’ve noticed some negative reviews for Triple 20, but I believe that many of these situations could be improved with better communication. For instance, if a driver is going too fast or too slow for your comfort, it's important to speak up and let them know your preferences. At the same time, people should be considerate and understanding—drivers may be ensuring their safety, adhering to speed limits, or adjusting to road conditions. If you’re running late, take accountability for not booking your taxi earlier instead of blaming the driver for not rushing.

Similarly, if you're not in the mood for conversation, politely informing the driver can make the ride more comfortable for both parties. If you ever feel uncomfortable during a ride, expressing your concerns can often lead to immediate improvements. However, if the issue isn't resolved or your concerns aren't acknowledged, it's appropriate to reflect that in your review.

I’d definitely recommend Triple 20, especially if you’re tired of Uber and Bolt constantly adjusting their fares or cancelling rides unexpectedly. With Triple 20, you know what you’re paying upfront, and you can rely on them to get you where you need to be.

Fantastic service

Decided not to use my own car going to West Midlands Safari Park, and both ways different drivers both super great and professional I think the ones around Telford could learn a thing or two if was up this way again and needed a taxi would definitely use again and would highly recommend this firm.

Haven't used the triple 2020 app for a couple of years but i noticed small charges being taken out of my bank from this company ! Contacted them to be told they will call me back which they didnt ! in the end i cancelled my card on the app which sorted it out, no one had access to my login details btw, i just had payments being taken out from this company ! FRAUD

My 1 star is for driver I had tonight not for the company ...
So because its not a long drive the driver asks why I can't walk ..there's reasons why but I shouldn't feel like I have to explain myself. He also said its good to walk for your health ... so I said well if you would rather me wallk than get a taxi so you have a job ..OK then ..driver replied I don't think your 4.50 is gonna make much difference to me ... its non of his business why i can't walk and he shouldn't be making feel ashamed I have to get a taxi
