My accomodation and service at the Royal Hideaway was the best I have encounted in many years of travel and living abroad, great find Mary.

Organised restaurants, entertainment, adventures and tours perfectly complemented this memorable Tenerife experience.

Tripino has once again showed how their caring and professionalism help to solve any difficulties with travel arrangements and are highly recommended.

We unfortunately, very late had to cancel an Asian holiday that had flights and hotels booked, thanks to Mary at Tripino the necessary requirements were undertaken and an acceptable finance arrangement were achieved at speed.

A late booking at peak time in Tenerife during the festive season was achieved by Tripino when the accommodation we required seemed unattainable.

Mary was amazing! She helped organise our Honeymoon to the Maldives. It was our first trip after Covid in January 2022 and we can’t speak highly enough of how helpful and friendly Mary was.

It was great to see how passionate she is about what she does. Mary was very accommodating to all our needs, she was able to provide us with multiple choices based on our requirements and was very patient with us the whole time.

Given the Maldives has such a large number of islands it was overwhelming to choose which hotel to go for, but Mary was very helpful in helping us with our search, giving us options based on our requirements and then also deep diving into hotels that we had came across to gather more information for us.

All in all, we are extremely happy with Mary and her service and we 100% recommend her to others. We’ll most certainly be looking to work with her again in the near future.

Tripino is absolutely amazing especially Mary! She was absolutely fantastic from helping me find a perfect country & hotel for the best proposal given the travel restrictions due to COVID. Mary made the selection process so simple based on her great experience and knowledge not only of the places but of the travel restrictions during these odd times. We unfortunately had an issue with our PCR test certificate not arriving on time and Mary stayed up until 1am on the weekend and helped us reschedule the holiday, knowing how important this holiday was. Mary went well beyond expectations including sending a beautiful pre-holiday gift of bubbly. This was impeccable service before we had even flown out!

We went to Barbados and stayed at the Sandals Barbados resort, it was well beyond our expectations, from the moment we landed from our private transfers to the food at the hotel! The upgrade to club lounge was absolutely great that Mary secured for us! It was so great being able to go from Wine tastings to martini karaoke nights with the upgrade! The hotel was an absolute dream and definitely somewhere for us to remember forever especially given the proposal!

Mary’s dedication and flexibility makes booking holidays stress free and super easy in the current climate and delivered on our vision! Cant wait to book our next trip with Mary!

I had a very good experience with Tripino especially with Mary.

I travelled to India in April 2019 and my return trip got cancelled because the airline ceased all operations and I had to buy ridicuously expensive tickets for my return journey.

It took a few good months but Mary managed to get the insurance company to cover the cost of the tickets.

Mary kept me updated regularly with the progress of the insurance claim.

I highly recommend Tripino.
