I used Trinity Rose for a commercial let. The one thing that stood out was how customer driven they were. Nothing was a hard sell, they were honest and while the process took longer due to the landlord this was stated form the outset so we were able to manage our expectations. Doesn't seem a big deal... my experience with estate agents is they will push the hard sell, Jon from Trinity was not like that and took the time to truly understand what our needs and requirements were. Superb to deal with!
