The manager in Triangle was super helpful and went out of their way to find out the necessary information for me when I enquired about flights on a route that's a bit out of the ordinary. Although good service in the past, we are still struggling to get a holiday refund that was cancelled due to covid. After 6 months of excuses, 3 weeks ago we were told a cheque was in the post - getting very frustrated still chasing for it. I definitely wouldn't recommend them in this covid climate. As this refund is for my 85 year old mother, we're particularly keen to get it sooner rather than later, as it is a large chunk of her savings for what was likely to have been her final trip to the states.

Booked a number of holidays via John Allan travel and the service, attention to detail has always been outstanding. Booking on the Internet is all well and good but what you get from from John Allan is years of experience and personal recommendations that make a good a holiday a really great holiday.
