Contacted several companies on a price for my friends hen do. Trent Travel were one of the best locally. Booked with them as they were so friendly over the phone and answered any questions I had. So glad I did, as the trip went so well! Will definitely book again ?

Need to learn some manners and be abit more professional over the phone.

Running a taxi firm and stating you operate 24 hours surely means expect ppl to call you all hours.

If you can't provide the service then switch your phone off if it's not convenient for you to accept calls 6:30 am.

I would steer clear if you want a good service.

A few days prior to a confirmed trip they cancelled my booking. Apparently vechile was not available anymore.

Unreliable and would not use again. Took over a month to get a refund as well.
