Great service from Fran and the team at Trek Bicester on a new Project One Madone. The bike is incredible. Obviously looks amazing but the ride is too - smooth, responsive, fast. Bicester were great in specing me up with what I wanted, including new bike box and power pedals and fit and build was good enough that I could take it straight to Mallorca for the 312 week riding fun.

I have been lucky enough to own a Trek Madone SL6 Gen 7 for about 6 months I think. A very spontaneous decision based on its fantastic price when I brought it and it's "wow factor" looks. I could never afford the SLR version but to the everyday person you really wouldn't know that the SL is a fraction of the price

To be honest, I pretty much just looked at it in awe for a fewonths and did less than 50 miles. I did get Trek to do some upgrades including the fitment of Reynolds AR80x wheels, a new saddle and different bar tape but purely out of vanity. Yesterday was the first proper ride I gave done on it the Great Western Ride from Bristol to Western Supermare including a "gentle" climb up Cheddar Gorge. A week.prior, I asked Trek to give it a once over to make sure it was ready and on that note this is my review.

The bike was absolutely faultless from start to finish, it didn't miss a beat. No sloppy gear changes whisper quiet apart from the numerous people shouting, "nice bike mate", no instances of the chain coming off the list goes on. The bike just feels really solid and is a great ambassador for the Madone family.

I also want to give lots of credit to the store it's self. It has a great "feel good" environment and lots of amazing bikes to drool at whilst you enjoy the freedom refreshment. The thing I like most though is that they do exactly what they say they are going to do which should not be taken for granted. When they service your bike, it's ready on the day they say and you can have full confidence that everything has been done perfectly.

Hardly surprising that this place has 141 5* reviews. It's fantastic. The staff are brilliant, the stock is great, parking is easy, service is generally superb. Special shoutout to Ben who looked after us from start (phone calls earlier in the week and ensuring that a Trek Precaliber 12 was built the morning we arrived so I could size it up for my daughter) to finish (helping my daughter gain confidence riding it in the store). What a great person and a brilliant salesperson; a credit to the Trek brand.

What a great experience! Mike was incredibly helpful since the start helping me to find the right model, defining the size, and setting things up! Best bike purchase experience so far! After first few rides I came back to the store and guess what! Another great customer care experience to fix some fine adjustments! 100% recommend poping up at the Trek store Bicester (just be careful as they might convince you to buy a new bike to your partner just like happened to me ?).

Superb experience for my custom build Emonda ALR, which I am thrilled with. Mike was knowledgeable and cheerful and went the extra mile to help, and the whole team seem to have pride and passion in what they do. It's also a very nice shop - lots of space and stock and handy for test rides thanks to the 1km loop around the complex. Really couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. Walked into Trek with electronic shifters needing a charge during a long bike ride. They were exceptionally quick to help, offered me coffee while my bike charged up, and then when it didn’t work due to a device issue, they assessed it further and went well beyond what I would expect for on the spot support. Didn’t charge me for anything, and all staff were friendly and great
