We went on a weekday during the school holidays, having booked in advance.
I had originally booked for my 15 - and 13-year-old boys to do the 4.5m height experience, but they asked if they could the 10.5m height one. It was no problem swapping, having checked, there was availability.
We were greeted as we walked in, arriving 20 minutes before our time as instructed on the booking confirmation. During this time, we waited around watching them set up.
The instructors were very friendly, setting their harnesses out, getting each one to set into them, helping to tighten them up correctly. I also thought they were every clear with the safety instructions. The boys were allowed to do the course as many times as they wanted in the hour slot, 1 choosing to go down to the 4.5m. They both managed 4 rounds in the hour.
It was explained to us upon arriving, the drop part was closed for maintenence and we would receive a voucher. For both boys it cost £38 which we received £16 in voucher.
Both boys loved it and would definitely do it again.

My daughter and her friend went round and both were really scared. Eden looked after them all the way round and got them round. She was a superstar! The girls both now feel very proud of themselves.

We did the crazy golf and not the treetop. But all located in the same place. Nice lady on the welcome desk and helpful. Nice little course and lovely statues/ carvings.

Was really fun and challenging. The whole session takes about 2 hours from wearing the kit to the last section which is The Drop. There were many staff on hand to help but also depends on what kind of crowd you have that day. Our group had a lot of people who were a bit terrified of height so that kinda kept the staff busy and had quite a few bottle necks. But overall the place was fun and challenging enough for my 10 year old gal and she wants to come back for the tallest challenge.

My 9 year old son and I took on the course and it's definitely harder than it looks! My son got scared at several points and wanted to give up but one of the team, Henry, was fantastic at helping him around, showing him the best ways to tackle each section and giving him great support and encouragement. He wouldn't have completed it without him so we're both very grateful. A fantastic experience!

Our visit was not a good experience and I am not local to the area. We had 2 little children with us who needed support. When it came to myself I asked for help where the lady at the time radioed to advise her colleagues what she was doing I heard the sarcasm of basically saying she is not there to help everyone around the course. I said to her forget it and get me back down onto the ground. Although she did help me to get through a couple of the obstacles but they got the better of me. I think the lady that was with me was willing and wanting to help me to get around the course as I observed her do so with another boy but when it came to me her colleagues over the radio said she isn’t there to help everyone around the whole course. Very disappointing and the person(s) over the radio should think what they’re saying as it can be overheard by others. We purchased 3 adult and 2 children tickets and was a waste of money. Only one adult completed the whole of one course. I would not recommend unless you are wholly confident that you can do it all by yourself as it looks easier than actually doing it if that makes sense.

A great, being on the elderly side of participants we chose the medium height adventure. All of the staff were great from booking in through to the safety briefing and then on to the high adventure. We even did the big drop at the end.
A great morning and a big thanks to everyone for the encouragement

Wonderful experience at treetop adventure in Milton Keynes. All staff were great but Henry was particularly helpful when my daughter got scared to go up, he quickly won her over and showed her how the course worked and how safe everything is. Josh also helped when my daughter got to the zip line and was afraid, he encouraged her and helped her start off. Overall a brilliant day, reasonably priced, fun courses and staff that went above and beyond. Thank you everyone at tree top adventures.
