I had a cancelled flight from BA Travel up were quick and efficient in their response to find me a new flight that travelled on the same day with only a couple of hours difference in departure time. The Customer Support from Kyle Roberts on the phone and on email was clear and polite. They turned what was initially a stressful experience into a small blip. They kept me up to date with all they needed from me and resolved the issue in good time.

The pricing is very competitive, and they often have great deals on flights and hotels. However, the customer service could be improved. You get what you pay for, so while the prices are appealing, the service experience may not always meet expectations. I've used them several times and haven't had a completely smooth experience each time

Hi i really like their service. A special thanks to nick Johnson he is really helpful to select my flight date and tickets. Price of ticket were good. .cheaper then others.
Nick is very helpful and give time to select dates. If in future when i will plan my journey then i will definitely go with travel up service. Thank you

I booked a flight to Egypt via travel up. On the return I was put on a 2 stop layover in Germany and was not informed that I would need a Schengen VISA for this.

I was informed when I was at the airport of this. I could arrange to move my flight via the airline at an additional charge but was unable to as there was a "hold" on the ticket and Lufthansa could not access it to change my flights. Only Travel up could access it.

I first attempted the online help desk but was unable to access that. Called the centre and after half an hour on hold I was told that there is nothing they can do as they cannot change anything as it was 3 hours before the flight and I would need to book a whole new ticket. The people at Lufthansa managed to help me out at the end.

Looking at the other poor reviews there had been another person that this exact same thing happened to so this isn't an isolated incident. Pretty sure their response will be some generic BS like "it is the travellers responsibility to ensure that they are eligible for the flights they book" but I can guarantee this issue would have been picked up if I booked it directly with the airline

Moral of the story: Always choose to go with the airline itself when booking flights. You may pay 10% more but well worth saving yourself the hassle.

I recently had some issues booking an international flight on the website, so I called their office for assistance. I was fortunate enough to speak with George, who was absolutely amazing! I have not received my e-ticket. I have tried to contact travelup using every telephone number on their website, on Google and any directory I can find. Every number is incorrect or cuts you off as soon as the company announces itself.

Every time I try to use one of their online forms, it says my booking reference does not exist- starting to be worried!

I have emailed admin@travel up on several occasions and I am getting no reply. Where is or how can I actually get in contact with anyone in you company to get my e-ticket paid for over 2 months ago

Someone please reply with a direct way to contact!
