I would like to thank Travel to Haram and their team for arranging our Umrah in such a professional and well organised manner. Special thanks to Natasha for arranging a well organised Umrah trip for our family. She was excellent throughout from start to finish and great communication and arranging hassle free transport from airports to Hotels and ziarats tours.

Both hotels in Madinah and Makkah were excellent. Especially Pullman Zam Zam in Madinah Hotel was spot on and very near to Rowadha mubarak.

Anjum Hotel in Makkah was good as well.

The tours to Madinah & Makkah ziarats were very informative and well organised ( Preferred English speaking guide because it was difficult for kids to understand urdu)

Overall, I'm very impressed with their services, and whatever they said in the package, it was delivered with perfection.

Alhamdulillah, we had the most incredible experience with Travel to Haram. From start to finish, everything about our journey to the holy sites of Makkah and Madinah was seamless and well-organised. Every aspect of our trip—travel arrangements, accommodation, and ziyarat—was perfect.

A special thank you to sister Iqra, who went above and beyond to give us an amazing deal and looked after us so well throughout the process. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything stress-free, allowing us to focus entirely on our ibadah and spiritual journey.

The hotels provided (Double Tree Hilton Makkah and Pullman Zamzam Madinah) were conveniently located, comfortable, and offered excellent service. The transportation was smooth and punctual, and the guided ziyarat trips were both enlightening and beautifully arranged. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we felt truly cared for at every step of the way.

We were recommended Travel to haram by a friend. At first i was unsure about booking online but i cannot fault them they are 100% caring for the customer and creates the best package within budget and to the family. We had the best assistance from Ayesha who is very friendly and kind. She had our best interests at heart. Were a family of 6 , they provided best price for the flights hotels and transportation included. They also gave us spacious and 4-5* hotels and 2x triple rooms with 3 beds each. From the aiport we had a spacious car 7 seater with AC and was very comfortable the whole ride. We also had a Umrah guide included as it was our first time i would highly recommend he was very helpful and helped us the whole way it made it much easier he explained everything.The hotels were clean and good room service. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had lots of variety would recommend to any family. Thank you Ayesha for all the help I will definitely recommend her very hardworking member of the team. Definitely ask for ayesha if you are booking.

I don’t know where to start they messed up my umrah experience few weeks before travelling first change to the hotel in Madinah from Madinah Taibah hotel to Grand Emaar Elite hotel saying report of bugs again few days before we travel to Madinah change to Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick after my son made complaint hotel was ok best side was haram towers. After we checked In Heathrow agents callback to say our Makkah hotel which is the Anjum hotel change it to Mukarem Ajiyad Makkah hotel both hotel location was good they couldn’t given better room it was like give us 2 or 3 star room in 5 star hotel. Their excuse for changing was ridiculous overall their service wasn’t what they promised very disappointed not going use them again.
