Chris & Becci did a fantastic job organising our recent family holiday to Spain. We travelled with our 15-month-old and my mum, and they made everything so easy from start to finish. They suggested a few great options, and we chose the Melia Costa Del Sol Hotel in Torremolinos—which turned out to be perfect!

The hotel was in a brilliant location right on the beachfront, with loads of bars and restaurants nearby and just a short taxi ride to Benalmádena. They took care of everything—flights, hotel, and transfers—and even arranged a separate flight for my mum as she was flying from a different airport.

Nothing was too much trouble. They were always available to help with any requests before the trip, including organising a cot in the room and adjoining family rooms, which worked out perfectly.

We’d 100% recommend Chris & Becci to anyone planning a holiday. The service was friendly, personal, and incredibly helpful. 😊

Chris is an absolute pro when it comes to any of your travel need's, there is no one else we will go to for any of our travel plans moving forward. From start to finish our experience with Chris and the Upbeat Travel family was nothing short of amazing! We went to Bora Bora for our honeymoon for 8 days and everything was planned from the minute we left the house to the minute we got back! Chris got us exactly what we wanted when talking about flights, food, hotel, and activities he booked. Chris was always available via whatsapp for any issues we had (which we had one due to a storm canceling our activity) and he helped reschedule it within the hour! Chris listened to what we wanted off of one phone call and put together a few options for us and explained all the differences and why he would recommend it. I don't even know where to start with Chris & Becci... Saying that they're amazing doesn't really do their service justice.

My partner and I wanted to book our wedding in Vegas, and we had 0 idea where to start. I sent Chris a message with a brief of how I wanted the wedding day/trip to go, in which he replied with a lot of questions to each request I made. I appreciated this as he wanted to get every single detail correct, and that is exactly what he did when I received my quote. The process was smooth, relaxed, and beyond easy. People say planning a wedding is hard, but I am yet to experience that with Chris and Becci.

Due to their amazing planning and help, we too booked our Honeymoon with them. Our Honeymoon was actually inspired by a holiday they had promoted on their page as well- NYC to Barbados. Again, the process was smooth, relaxed, and easy.

I have known Chris for a number of years and he has always provided great concierge services, so using his travel agency to book our honeymoon was a no brainer. The amount of time and admin it would have taken us to personally plan and book such a packed itinerary in Sri Lanka and Maldives is scary to think about. The best part - we didn't even pay a premium for the service. Savings are passed on and you end up with an incredible trip that you haven't had to plan and all within your budget. Chris was contactable throughout the whole trip to sort any issues (not that there were any) meaning the only thing we needed to do was chill and enjoy ourselves. Couldn't recommend more. 5*

Highly recommend Upbeat Travel, I dealt with Chris who recommended an Adults Only Virgin Cruise. We had never cruised before but Chris explained how different this style of cruise was to the classic style and we absolutely loved it! We did the Greek island itinerary where we got to see Santorini and Mykonos, which were stunning. Chris also managed to get us a $900 bar tab which would have been $300 had we booked directly with Virgin.

He was on hand the entire trip via Whatsapp if we needed anything from the initial booking process right through to the end, always checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves and everything was running smoothly. He even managed to get us a last minute private airport transfer within 10 minutes.

I would highly recommend Upbeat Travel, I got in touch with them at the last minute and dealt with Chris who was incredibly efficient and managed to save the day for us to attend the Euro 2024 final in Berlin!

We originally had a flight booked but this was cancelled a couple of days before and there no way of getting there as all the flights were booked up and all 5 of us had tickets!

Chris worked until midnight for us on the Friday trying every way he could to get us there and somehow managed to secure all 5 of us on the same direct British Airways flight going out and 1 of the other party a different way home who needed to be back earlier for work commitments. He also put us in the Park Inn Radisson hotel which was really nice and the breakfast was great!

He checked us all in and sent our boarding passes so we didn't have to lift a finger and was always on hand via Whatsapp and call checking in on us to see if we needed anything.

Thank you so much Chris and Upbeat Travel, you guys are lifesavers! Would not hesitate to recommend them for a second
