I found there website and customer focus really refreshing. The website is so easy and straight forward to use. When I needed to amend my booking their on line support replied quickly and my booking was amended. I could ask for a better service I wished all on line experience was as good as this one. The only improvement I would like to see in a non 0845 number to call if you need to speak with someone. It would cost a lot to call my mobile

These people are just terrible. Their customer service had an attitude while trying to tell me they did me a favor. I don't trust their platform at all. They held back nearly $500 on a reservation that was incorrectly made. The availability showed unavailable after they ran and processed my credit card. Was their fault and they would not own up to it.

It was very nice to stay in your hotel. Situated close to Kings Cross Station and in a quiet road. Nice and clean room with coffee, tea, internet and breakfast included. I will gladly recommend your place.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - VERY HELPFUL!!!

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Max of Travelstay who turned around a problem booking at Romanos Hotel, Victoria. I had originally been pleased to book the hotel at an he incredible bargain price, but was the disappointed to be advised by Travelstay that the hotel could now not honour the stated price due to 'technical difficulties' when uploading the prices.

I had already booked a London show, transport down to London, and other entertainment to celebrate my birthday, so Max looked into other alternatives for me. He initially found me alternative accommodation at a discount but I was over the moon when he telephoned me back shortly afterwards to grant me the entire stay at the new hotel in Islington FREE OF CHARGE as a courtesy gesture, for the inconvenience!

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Max for helping me out - now I will be able to celebrate my birthday in style and will certainly be raising a glass (or two!) to Max and Travelstay and booking again in future!!!
