Travel arrangements for a fly cruise were shocking. From Northwest UK and Portugal as a family to meet at Gatwick for the start of a family Christmas cruise started with obvious extra expense to stay at local accommodation then a long taxi ride from Marseille airport, past hotels and the Port to 'A hostel overnight stay' before embarking was pitiful and rooms on seperate floors.
The cruise itself, wonderful...... except rooms were on opposite side of ship and double rooms (we are 3 generations from 13 to 77)
Return was a 12 hour wait at Marseille airport as disembarkation is 9am, to return to Gatwick plus another extra expense of a night in a hotel before flying to Portugal 5 hours later.
A lot of cost, travel and time would have been saved having used skyscanner.

Wouldn't book here again, Monarch plane was cramped, villa was dirty,had to get taxi's to shops.completely different to broucher .should have gone to decent reputable travel agents not back street one.when complainted they blamed it all on Monarch,convenient now they've gone bust!

Booked a villa cost over 1500 pounds! Absolutely disgusting filthy place , we were misled about the location nowhere near shops etc . Please keep away from this travel agents UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Quoted £6000 for just bed and breakfast, flights not included, for a honeymoon. Way over our budget. Lady just looked down at us and said sorry. Didn't offer any alternatives.
