I would never travel with this company again.

We used this company for our ‘luxury’ honeymoon and ended up in a terrible resort in Mexico.

Whilst we understand that they can’t control the standard of the resort they can control their response to this and when tbey knew the extent of our issues very early in our trip they simply weren’t interested.

After months of slow responses and eventually getting ABTA involved we finally got an insulting amount of money back after they got their legal teams to review their approach. We simply wanted a meaningful apology for our ruined honeymoon and fair compensation so we could plan another trip.

i am a travel agent and i use travelpack for a lot of my package holidays for my customers.
they are excellent,on hand 24 hours and provide a great service.
after sending people around the world on multi centres,safaris and cruises i will always use them as my go to provider.

Waiting for a refund since 2020... proper thieves. Can't believe they still exist after all the scams

If I could give 0 stars I would.
They essentially have stolen close to 4k from me, constantly ignoring emails regarding refunds for flights cancelled 4 years ago due to covid, lying about contacting British Airways and on top of that they messed up and didn't cancel a flight as requested so I apparently lost my vouchers.

I need to do some research and then I will be taking this to court.

I really don't know what else to do with this company other than take them to court. I have been waiting for my refund for over 3 months now. When I initially phoned back in March they told me my refund would be through within 10 days, when it didn't appear I phoned back and was told 3 weeks. Again, nothing so I phoned back and they told me 10 weeks!!! Its now been past this time. I phoned again 2 weeks ago and they said the airline had given back the money and it would be my account by the end of last week. On Monday I still had no money in my account so I phoned back and they said it would be in my account by the end of Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no money. I have phoned back again and I have to say the man on the phone was the most sarcastic and rude customer service agent I have experienced so far from this company. However, this agent told me that my refund had only been processed yesterday at 10:32 am and would be in my account by the end of today. I really wouldn't bother with this company, every time you phone they fob you off with excuses and in all the phone calls I have had with them I have only come across one productive and reassuring agent. The rest of the customer service team should not be in customer service, they are under trained, rude and absolutely no help at all. PLEASE PLEASE when you book your future holidays use another company or go direct with the airline. There are much better companies out there that have professional customer service teams that actually want to help and support you and have shown wonderful customer service throughout this pandemic. They deserve your money, not companies like this.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The lady in the office is so arrogant. Doesn’t want to listen to you and not helpful at all. Please avoid going to this place.

I am aware how many bad reviews this company has and was very very skeptical booking a trip with them. I saw that most of the reviews were to do with Covid refunds and I think a lot of companies struggled then, so I decided to risk it. And I am glad I did! We were a company of 8 who booked a trip to America (NY, San Francisco, Las Vegas) for a suspiciously super low price. Everything was super smooth and amazing, the hotels were great and in prime locations, I deffinately would not be able to afford them or this trip if it wasn't part of the deal. Travelpack was quick to reply to my questions and sent me all of my travel documents promptly. Thank you to Allen who was the main contact for us. It was truly an amazing trip and it would cost us at least x2 times more if it was all booked individually. I will surely consider booking with them again.

I’m a travel agent and use Travelpack to book my clients’ travels worldwide. Over the years the staff have been helpful and polite and I know I’m in good hands with any enquiries I send them.

Today I was helped once again to get two long-standing clients a Penthouse cabin on a new cruise liner departing in 2026.

I sent over the request and it was answered efficiently and with helpful comments. The clients said yes and the booking confirmed straight away.

I have nothing to complain about, but have not looked to do so either.
