Have now booked two trips with Gareth. Just come back from five days in Dublin where Gareth took care of everything from start to finish.

Trips all booked in advance and lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and queries always get a prompt response. A lovely extra touch was the delivery of four cans of Guinness and a guide book when he dropped off the paperwork.

More than happy to give Gareth five stars as he offers a five star service.

I cannot praise Gareth enough, I asked him to look at a cycling trip in Asia for a group of friends, with a few extra requests as well.
What he arranged for us was amazing, from start to finish he made the whole process so easy and we had the time of our lives, made even easier knowing that everything was arranged in advance and it went like clockwork. From transport to boarding passes, the hotels and the excursions, Gareth had it all covered. All we had to do was, cycle 200+ miles and enjoy the scenery.

Gareth's attention to detail is second to none, the daily trips, hotel pick-ups, superb hotels, airport transfers and internal flights during the tour were all spot on. Gareth even booked our seats on the flights and checked us in, e-mailing our boarding passes to us!! Our car journey to and from Heathrow and Airport Lounges were all organised by Gareth, which made everything stress free and so relaxing.

As the sun was setting on the wonderful holiday Gareth had arranged for us in Turkey, we were already talking about where to head next year and how we would certainly be returning to Gareth to help us plan it! In a nutshell, Gareth nailed it. From the outset, the service he offered was gold standard. He began by deciphering a fairly vague brief, was always available when we had questions or revisions, and answered any queries so quickly and helpfully. Just to have the planning taken off our plate was the start of the holiday! End to end, the holiday was wonderful and exactly how Gareth had outlined it, with the little touches (especially at stress points like airports with children!) making it feel extra special and personal. Can not recommend enough.
