You can trust this company to book you a bespoke holiday and bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your trip. Sean is polite and helpful and very accommodating. Great customer service but do not fall for the extra cost & promise of an upgrade.
We arrived to have a view of old broken buildings ,
No drinks in the mini bar and in the middle of nowhere & I mean nowhere .
The food is absolutely disgusting & there is only 1 restaurants in the whole area .
I will come back thin
The ultra unlimited DO NOT BE FOOLED.
It is totally not worth it as we have had to resort to buying food

Only 6 different ways to cook egg, lunch is a joke and dinner is even worse

Either stick to your first choice or book elsewhere.
I for one will never book with Wowcher again or Travelolo.
In fact I want a refund of the extr £300 that I paid for an absolutely rubbish stay
TV don’t work and there is nothing to do at all.
All you can drink is local whisky, vodka & gin who drinks this ?
No brandy or rum
I paid for a cocktail tequila sunrise it tasted of fruit juice not worth my €5 euro at all
WORST FIRST CHRISTMAS AWAY
All the outlets have closed down so don’t think you can buy any thing

Untrustworthy, please I urge you not use this provider! They will charge you extra with no real explanation and no refund.
I recently booked a trip with Travelolo through Wowcher, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I was charged additional premiums that were unnecessary, and I feel I misplaced my trust in their service. I expected transparency in pricing, but I now realize other companies offer more straightforward, cost-effective options. I’m left feeling like my money wasn’t well-spent, and I regret not choosing a more reliable provider. This experience has completely and utterly upset me.

Shocking company.
Communication from the company is non existent- resulting in my holiday to Paris for my daughters 6th birthday being cancelled 2 weeks before we fly out.
The manager Sean didn't want to help at all and sales agent Nick blatantly ignored numerous emails i sent looking for information on the package I booked.
Would not recommend at all.

I have booked holiday to Venice. They phoned me and offered better option which was with some extra cost.
After reading some comments I panicked thinking that it might be a scam but I have checked everything flights were booked, hotel was booked (I phoned the hotel in advance)all confirmations came via email.
My daughter and myself had the best holiday as Sam from Travelolo promised.
