Had a lovely time in London. Main purpose was to visit Harry Potter studio Tour and the location of this Travel lodge could not have been more ideal. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by, superb location and stations for train/tube and Harry Potter bus all in walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel was lovely and clean and well appointed. Staff nice and friendly. Didn't realise there was a bar/restaurant there, so that was nice as the surrounding area was not really suitable for wandering around looking for eateries or things to do. Meals well priced in the restaurant, which was clean and not too busy and breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
There is no air con but fans are in room for your use. Nice clean bathroom.
Overall, great for an overnight stay but not for a few days.

Was an absolutely amazing stay at Watford travel lodge. Chrissie on reception was really helpful and always full of smiles. The F and B manager was amazing and was always there to help. There was a gentlemen on reception on the 23rd I didn’t manage to catch his name but what a guy he was, after just having a baby with his partner and still going to work shows amazing work ethic and he is a credit to the team they have here. Overall experience was excellent. The only thing what did let it down ( which can’t be helped by the team ) the coffee machine was down. ( I just wanted a hot chocolate 😂 ) but amazing stay and thank you to the whole team. We will be back.||Kind regards,||Patrick. 😁

Location: easy access to shops and other places
Service: I would say okay. But not great! For the budget it’s ok. The manager wasn’t very polite. She could have been more polite when asked for information etc.
Other staff very polite and helpful.
I think the manager should learn from the general staff how to be more friendly with the customers. It’s a put off when you ask for something and even tough the answer is a NO. There is a way you could say it instead of a big fat NO and move on!

Great location for central Watford. All the staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. We had rooms on the top floor in July and as a result they were quite warm as the hotel has no AC. Travelodge do provide a fan in the room but I’d recommend bringing your own too. The rooms are a good size as well.
We had breakfast one of the days we stayed there and was cooked to order at the time we ate. Selection of breakfast items on offer was good and the member of staff did an excellent job looking after breakfast and reception by herself.
We will be returning.

I had a two great stays in July and August. On both occasions I felt I got value for money and excellent customer service. The team at Watford Central just seem to go that extra mile. The cafe bar is a lovely environment to relax. I visited for breakfast and some drinks in the evening again both value for money.

The Travelodge in Watford is ideally located within the city centre. After parking your car in the nearby car park, literally 60 yds from the hotel there is no need to take your car out again. With a refund from the hotel you can park your car for 24 hours at a cost of £6. |The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you are travelling into Central London the railway station is about a 30 min walk. |Breakfast at the hotel was so reasonably priced and was a buffet breakfast where you could help yourself to whatever you preferred. The breakfast was extremely good value.

I use this Travelodge regularly for business and Curtis and Chrissie are brilliant - they're friendly and both go the extra mile for customers. Hotel is clean and great for short stays - totally recommend and keep up the great work in keeping the rooms clean - it makes for a more enjoyable stay.
