Stayed here for Creamfields and it was absolutely brilliant! The hotel really went the extra mile , there was a table with snacks and water to help yourself, and the check-in area was decorated with balloons, creating such a welcoming vibe.|Claire, who was working all weekend, was outstanding. She greeted us with a big smile, explained everything clearly, and let us know what was on offer. She even called around all the local taxi companies to find the best rates to Creamfields. On top of that, she was doing face glitter for guests all weekend which was amazing and added to the festival spirit.|We were also able to check in a little early, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Claire honestly made our stay – she was so lovely, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.|All the little extras made such a difference , would 100% stay here again!

Just want to give a special shout out to Mariana on reception. Excellent customer service skills and an asset to the team. Please pass feedback to her manager. Rooms large, quality bedding and very clean. Location is awesome. Stayed here about 10 times and will stay again.

Stayed here with two of my friends before heading to creamfields our experience was amazing rooms were clean, staff was amazing and even had hot chocolate packets, milk, water bottles, sweets and etc for anyone going to creamfields which was lovely as you don’t see that a lot with most places. We ended up loving it so much we decided leave the festival on Sunday night to stay another night at the Travelodge. We would 100% recommend this travelodge to anyone and everyone who’s thinking about going to creamfields next year. It’s also not far from Warrington interchange and shopping centre

Stayed here for Neighbourhood weekender. Hotel itself is pretty average but the staff really made an effort for this event and were really helpful. They had complimentary sweets, drinks and snacks in reception and there was someone in reception doing free festival make up on both days which was fab. I would definitely stay here again for any event in the area. Great location and close to station/stadium/shops etc.

Ok rooms, rooms are hot as hell. You get a fan but it's not even cooling it down much.
Great location next to a shopping centre and the city centre.
Parking cost a £5 a day witch is a extra cost and only book at max 4 days.
Staff are really friendly, they help you out as much as they can. Especially Jade

Claire was amazing, very welcoming and they offered so many things for the Creamfields festival. Free face glitter, kitkats, beverages and sweets, really recommend 🙂

I’m literally typing this at 1am in the room!
Nice room but Jesus Christ the heat!!!
I’ve literally just had to take a cold shower. The heat and humidity in the room is unbearable.a fan which does nothing, windows which make you feel like your in a prison as they got chains on them to stop them opening and don’t let me start with the bathroom mirror! Nice mirror but it gives off more than a radiator. Sumin is defo up with that thing! Seriously room 218.. if I was staying here more than one night then I would have gone..anyways on the positive note there ain’t one. Actually AIR CON!!!

Fairly central location, easy access to Warrington town centre.
The hotel itself is in need of some TLC, both external and internal.
Rooms were OK, although a little grubby & and no hand-wash in the bathroom.
Parking is available but charged at extra.
Staff freindly.
