Everything about my stay here was fantastic. My room was clean with an extremely comfy bed and high quality linen. It was really quiet too, especially at nighttime so I slept wonderfully. All the staff from reception to housekeeping were so friendly and helpful if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

I had a great experience with the receptionist AMANDA at the Travel lodge Swansea. Helpful, polite and always had a cheerful attitude. I reported what I thought was a blocked basin, and she came down within 10 minuites to check out and sort it out herself-even though it turned out not to be blocked. Really impressed with her attentiveness and friendly approach.great customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️|My check-in experience at Travelodge was excellent. Amanda at reception is always friendly and welcoming. She goes out of her way to be helpful, which makes the whole process quick and stress-free. Her great attitude really makes a difference.

Came out with about 5 bites, nearly had a bag of dirty bedding on my head when 1 of the cleaners were throwing it over the bannister, then tells me it's okay because I can't claim off her as she has no insurance. Okay, great, thanks for letting me know. The room wasn't cleaned in the 3 days I was there, and I had to ask for clean towels. It's not the best travel lodge I've stayed at by far.

Very pleasant stay. I would stay there again. The delightful Amanda was particularly helpful. But something could be done about the TV screens: too small.

Very disappointed. The room smelt of wet dogs,even the windows was opened,when we got there,to air the room.There was a rusty old bin in the bathroom paint was peeling. |I don’t know how they can justify charging £139. For a sat night on B/h weekend.

Came to the travelodge as a stopover for visiting family, staff were very helpful especially Amanda and the room was very clean, all in all a pleasant experience close to main arterial roads and handy food outlets

We stayed here for one night on the way to have our van converted, the lady on the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The room was lovely and clean
