Staying with work commitments for 3 nights, to be honest I’m happy as long as I got a bed. But to give a brief review is a must. So I found the staff polite and helpful. |Checked in really quick staff where prompt to attend the desk on arrival. ||Car parking is plentiful with car charging and fuel on the same plot adjacent to the hotel. ||There is a coop in the fuel station for most of your needs. ||There is a marstons eating establishment next door to the hotel, the food there is typical pub type food.| Not top end dining.|| There is an option to purchase an on the go breakfast from reception, I would suggest you to inquire on arrival due to the fact there is no breakfast option in this area. ||I like a nice cup of tea, so when I run out I go to reception because they keep a help your self brew making available to top up your room. ||Being winter I found the room really warm and well heated. |NOTE summertime there is no air conditioning in this hotel. ||I can’t say I have had a bad stay because I haven’t. |It’s a good budget hotel with great staff. ||If you prefer 5 star hotels then you are going to be disappointed naturally. ||From a happy Welshman. We had a 70th birthday party to attend in Ludlow. We have stayed at Ludlow Travelodge before, so it was the obvious choice.|The travelodge was very clean, shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and Lucy the receptionist made booking in really easy.|Very happy.

A really well located hotel and walkable location for exploring Ludlow. The room was spotless, comfortable bed and great shower - cleanliness and standards are top class at this Travelodge. All the staff we came across were great, really helpful and very friendly especially Zoe who was polite and efficient. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Check in was swift, hotel appeared clean, as was our room…which was pleasant enough. We noticed warning notices everywhere asking guests to be mindful of others and to keep the chatter down, particularly in the corridors. Did our noisy neighbours take notice of these? No…..result being having our sleep ruined on both nights we were there…by the same people and all in the early hours. Whilst I’m at it, really didn’t like the look of the so-called breakfast on the go boxes - yuk.

Typical Travelodge. Very clean room, piping hot water and plenty of it esp when you expect others to be using it too. Comfy supportive bed with light effective duvet. Pillows? Hmmm... Wonderful staff on the desk who sorted a few problems out in a very polite and sympathetic way. It's not the Ritz but hey, what was I expecting? Very good value and would stay again without any hesitation.

A relatively low cost option for staying in Ludlow. Just off the ring road. About a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Has the Squirrel pub next door for food options. Had a comfortable stay. Been here before and will probably be back.

I have recently been working in the area and the lodge was perfect for my needs, nice tidy rooms , easy and efficient check in, very close to supermarket and pubs, near a main road but the traffic noise wasn’t an issue, you can’t really go wrong.

Stopped one night on way from Beaumaris in Anglesea to Somerset. Clean, nice big room, reasonably economical, no restaurant but The Squirrel pub is next door. Unfortunately they don't do breakfast.
