Room was great. First floor near lift was fantastic for husband with mobility issues. Towels lovely, bed a little hard for us. Pillows were awful, good thing we always bring our own goose down pillows....

Hotel is basic (what you’d expect) but the management are poor. I was here for two weeks, my company had booked breakfast as an add on to my booking and this must be very hard for them to deal with such a simple thing as it took over a week for me to be able to have breakfast and then everyday I had to explain why my room wasn’t listed for breakfast on the sheet as you walk in, and to be honest the breakfast was rubbish so I didn’t miss much. Rooms basic and very uncomfortable, every night going out I’d see people being turned away from having a booking due to them overbooking the hotel. I’d say avoid this place and get yourself a trusty premier inn or similar, not worth the hassle. Staff friendly if not a bit uselsss

I've stayed here a few times for work and always found it to be one of the better Travelodges. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful, always a warm welcome at breakfast which is lovely to see. Happy staff mean things are good behind the scenes too.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge London Waterloo and was thoroughly impressed. This hotel offers great value for money and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, but what truly sets it apart are the exceptional staff and the unbeatable location.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to offer a friendly smile and assistance.
The location is a huge plus. Being so close to Waterloo Station makes it the perfect base for exploring all of London's major attractions. You're just a short walk away from the South Bank, the London Eye, and many other iconic landmarks.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was quiet and allowed for a great night's sleep, which is so important after a long day of sightseeing.
However, a special thank you goes to Tarique from the breakfast team. On Saturday morning (order no. 79), he was an absolute star. Not only was he incredibly friendly and efficient while serving our order, but he also took the time to give us some fantastic tips on places to visit around London. His helpfulness and positive attitude made our day!
I can't recommend this hotel enough. The combination of a great price, a perfect location, and, most importantly, a wonderful team, makes it a top choice for anyone visiting London.

You get what you pay for. Sadly this was expensive for a budget line hotel. I know it's London. It's always the little things that cause issues. We were booked in with our dog and were put on the 7th floor. The first room hadn't been cleaned after the last guests had left. Had to have room changed. The room was functional. It did its job. Handy location, clean apart from initial room issue and ticked all our boxes

Location is quite central and the new superrooms are very quiet. Perfect for the relaxing night. Rooms are bit snug, but not too cramped if you put all your things in correct place. Good a good deal.

I was here in February. Nice staff, bar, the room was nice, even though quite small. Otherwise the location is pretty good if you are on a city break or vacation. The breakfast was very good totally recommend having it! To access the WiFi you have to pay not quite the best option ..

This budget hotel was perfect for our needs- and we needed AC. However, most of this hotel is NOT air conditioned! Call ahead for a ground floor room! Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room. The standard fare breakfast for 12.5 GBP wasn't worth it. The bar was a nice amenity after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again [in the winter]. We need AC when it's 90 degrees outside!
