Stayed at Horsham travelodge for 3 nights… I arrived on Sunday evening to be told there key machine wasn’t working and they were trying to fix it later on I could see the engineer was here trying to fix it with the lady who was… On Monday I when I came down I was told it was still wasn’t fix the lady on reception dealt with it superb and professional even know I could see she was having a hard time with the guest before me. When I arrived back it still wasn’t working the 2 young ladies were helping guest to there room who were a credit to your hotel must I say were smiling and very professional during this time….

Just had an amazing experience at the Horsham central Travelodge! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, I have to give a special mention to Dani at reception as she was so friendly on arrival answered all my questions and just a welcoming friendly face to see in the hotel industry. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around. Definitely recommend staying it if you're visiting Horsham

I asked for a room with a large tv so i could watch football on my firestick. And JADE &DANNI were so helpful as all your staff are that i have had the pleasure of meeting. On arrival the staff were polite and check in was easy. My partner arrived an hour later and I went to get our dog a drink which I paid an extra £20 for to find no dog bowls. I asked at reception to be told they did not supply these. Luckily the shop across from the hotel was still open so I went and purchased some otherwise my dog would not have been able to have a drink on what was a very hot day. The window was open and a fan was going but the room was still extremely hot and I barely got any sleep. The pillows were very hard and flat making what little sleep I had very uncomfortable. The bathroom floor flooded when taking a shower so had to use the towels to mop up the floor. If I had to pay on checkout I would have refused to pay. It was supposed to be a relaxing night out away from home but I had to go to bed as soon as I got home and fell straight to sleep this was after falling asleep on the train home as this was more comfortable than the night I had at the Horsham travelodge

I was met by a very nice young man who swiftly checked me in. I went to my room it was ok a little tired looking a few stains and various marks in the wall but clean and the bed comfy . However come nighttime after midnight , I was awoken by chatting coming from outside right by the staff parking area . My room overlooked this area and I could clearly see a door was a jar which I assume led back into the hotel . The night receptionist was talking to a man . This went on for serval minutes I am not sure or partially care what she was talking about but it was clear she was discussing another team member with this person , I would not normally comment on such things but one it disturbed my sleep and secondly I think this is very bad behaviour and disrespectful for a team member to do such a thing . I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously if I could hear I am sure other guests could also hear . This incident happened Wednesday 27th August .

I never leave a review but felt it was essential to say just how amazing tasha was. I had difficulty with the booking but she ironed out all the problems and made my stay really comfortable. She is an absolute credit to the workforce and her hard work needs recognition. What a diamond 💎

Rooms smelt a bit damp. No air-conditioning so windows open for that and damp smell plus by the bus stop noise not great. Receptionist was fantastic though, a credit so shame I can't recall her name

Charging plugs by the bedside did not work||Soap dispenser was broken & not filled. When I asked for soap, I was told it would be dealt with by the evening. Nothing happened and when I asked again, I was given a pint glass half filled with shower gel!||The sink was blocked and despite me asking for it to be fixed twice, they failed to do so. ||Reception seemed nonchalant, uncaring and did not even write down my room number to deal with the issues. ||DO NOT STAY HERE!!
