Hotel is clean but set in a very run down leisure park. Rubbish everywhere people on camping chairs sat outside the hotel.
People in the restaurant in pyjamas. Kids playing in the corridors from dawn till dusk. Fire doors left open at all time despite it saying needs to be kept closed. Fruit still very frozen. Toaster that either burns the toast black or only toasts one side 🤣. Bacon tough enough for shoe leather. Car park spaces small leaving you to struggle out of your door.

It was so lovely, the free good parking, the room was lovey all the staff so kind, friendly etc including Temi, Laurence and Connor who is the great chef who made me a fantastic dinner one night which tasted great and was also good for me as Im still doing my slimming world. The bed was soo comfy and helped my sleep. Really was a lovely time staying there xx

I recently stayed at Travelodge and had a generally good experience. The room was clean, the staff were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and convenient.||||The only downside was the pillows — they were quite hard and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A bit more comfort in that area would definitely improve the experience.||||Aside from that, everything else was great. I’d consider staying again, especially if the bedding gets an upgrade!

We stayed here for one night and found it to be decent for short stays.

The room we stayed in, had most facilities other places offer - minus a hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner and vanity mirror (though their was a full length mirror).

The bed was very comfortable and the room was of great temperature, with air con as an option (we stayed during a hot day and the room was lovely and cool). So we did have a good night's sleep.

However, the downside with this particular Travelodge, is the cleanliness.

- Large brown stains on the curtains. We didn't want to touch them again.
- Some brown fluid in the shower tray, that did wash off with a shower, so it made me question if the shower tray had been cleaned at all?
- Hairs all over the bathroom walls (long hairs and what was clearly pubic hairs).
- Stains up walls, that look like they'd come off with a good clean.

As I say above, we stayed for one night, we can almost forgive this, but I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a couple of days, if the cleaning is this poor.

All in all, it was a decent nights sleep, but the cleanliness was a HUGE let down. You definately get what you pay for - hence the cheaper prices.

I am very impressed on the staffs. They are very hospitable and receptive. I hope to come back again. I don't mind introducing the Travelodge to my friends.|These staff are particularly good.in my almost 2 weeks I stay|1, Ida|2,Kaya|3, Cheyian.|I miss you people.

I was here for 6 days and I didn’t have my room cleaned until I had to go down to the reception to request to have my room cleaned on the 4th day. The sheets weren’t changed and I had to ask the receptionist why. I was told the sheets were changed every 7 days, and if I wanted them changed sooner, they would give me the sheets to change them myself!

There was no intercom, so I had to go downstairs to the reception to communicate if I needed room service.

The room was quite small, there was no wardrobe, there was also no refrigerator, so I couldn’t store my food.

The cleaner (Angela) was very friendly and extremely helpful, I noticed that she always made an effort to go above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Came for a night stay here, lots of homeless people living here made the place feel not very welcoming, staff were nice enough and rooms clean but the next day after I left I noticed my child kept itching an when I looked she had been bitten several times by something, I’d say bed bugs as it’s in a line but can’t be sure as I didn’t see any but then again I wasn’t looking. Location is good but I wouldn’t return here
