Staff were lovely. My only issue was that we had a family room and needed a couple of extra pillows and they had none. Rooms were fine.
Perfect for travelling and bed were comfy.

The room was outdated, you have to pay extra if you want access to WiFi. Even though they advertise for breakfast, it is only a set breakfast box which you can order, no variety and they don’t cater for any special dietary requirement. The hot water took forever to reach the room, so I suggest you run the water for 5-10 mins before you intend to shower if you don’t want to be cold. It is good if you are just passing by and want to have a sleep before you move towards you destination but do not recommend for longer stay

Two inexpensive rooms.
For the cost it was perfectly adequate.
It enabled us to attend a birthday party 280 miles round trip away with a place to stay.
It's slightly tired but we were too.
We slept.
I'll take that.

Brilliant on a budget.

Staff great, location, well, you know where it is! Soundproofing is very good though, my room faced the road & was silent.

Oh boo hoo, you had to pay for Wifi, poor you. Use your data! This is an inexpensive way to stay somewhere which other hotels locally are far more costly. Want Wifi? Go to the Hilton & pay £180 a night.

Rooms fairly big, clean, comfortable, quiet, what more do you want for a good low price?

The room was "functional". Bed comfortable. Reception team very helpful. Good price. Signposting wasn't lit properly and had to do a second pass to get to hotel.

Very basic, have to pay for WiFi, no locks on the inside of the doors. 3 or 4 plugs in the entire room, all of which are other side of the room to the bed.
No way of walking anywhere from the hotel unless you want to walk along the dual carriageway.
Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful though the few times we spoke to them.

Had a family room the single bed was unstable hard as rock same as double bed pillows were uncomfortable it was damp around windows and wall the hot water was non existent reported smell of drugs but hey only to be told not a lot I can do I will spray air freshener that's it . Definitely won't be back

Had a 1 night stay. Room was lovely and clean. Emma the staff member went above and beyond to facilitate our needs. Very friendly lady. We will definitely be returning
