My husband usually takes charge of our holiday bookings, often at the very last minute. This approach has always made me uneasy. But last year was particularly special. We had decided that it was time for our first family holiday abroad — yes, our 12 and 14-year-olds had never been abroad, and my husband and I hadn’t traveled for 15 years. Needless to say, this trip meant a lot to us.

My husband had already found a resort he wanted to visit, and you immediately set to work securing the apartment, arranging flights, transfers, and even giving us parking advice. I was especially worried about booking just three days before departure and the possibility of not sitting together on the flight. But, as if by magic, you made sure we were all seated together—both there and back!

When we arrived in Ibiza, your app pinged me with everything we needed to know. It felt like I had a pocket-sized Nong guiding me through the entire trip, down to the bus number we needed to get to the port. And, as promised, every transfer from Bristol to Ibiza to Formentera went incredibly smoothly. There was even a rep waiting for us at the port, ready to show us to our boat.

In short, everything was flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend you to anyone planning their next trip. I’m already working on my husband to book our next one with you!

Well where do I start! Nong is an absolute treasure. She works so hard to find you the best options for your trip, wherever you want to go. She gives the best advice, including when in the year is the best time to go and any must see places.

Nong has planned and booked multiple trips for me and my family. The biggest one is yet to happen! She has booked our group ski trip for next year for 100 people, yes you read right, 100 people!! Just finishing up an absolutely flawless ski trip to Tignes, all thanks to Nong! From start to finish, everything was organised seamlessly—flights, transfers, accommodation, and lift passes were all handled without a single issue.

The hotel was perfect—comfortable, well-located, and exactly what we needed after long days on the slopes. The snow conditions were incredible, and as if by magic, Nong even managed to provide us with blue skies and sunshine every single day!

I brought my own skis, so I didn’t need rentals, but everything else was taken care of perfectly. Her attention to detail and ability to make everything run so smoothly made this one of the best ski trips ever. Can not recommend highly enough!
