I would urge everyone to think carefully about using the app, I got charged twice for the same travel and despite complaining and asking for my money back, they refused and offered me credit towards a next purchase. Which I do not want as i don't wish to use their services. They have no way of contacting them over the phone, and are not very helpful over email. No doubt they will reply to this and blame me. I went into the Sheffield interchange told them what had happened showed them they agreed with me. They said to contact them over email and they would be able to sort it out.

Best customer service 👏👌. 3 days ago I lost my annual bus pass in my wallet with all my other documents, and just by sending an email ,in less than 48 hours, they sent me a new card. With my rest of purchase. I really appreciate all the Travelmaster staff.

I emailed weeks ago about my faulty smart card, they then sent a new one out and told me to sync it to my app to get my annual bus pass on it which I did. Still didn’t work on the bus as it said there’s no ticket on it. Takes them days to reply and nobody answers the phone either. Shockingly bad service!

Great customer service. Daughter had her purse stolen, including her bus pass which had almost 2 weeks credit on it. A quick phone call had the pass cancelled & a follow up email showing the purchase details for the pass got her a discount code to use on her next purchase to cover the remaining unused days off the old card.

Can't fault the service I have received both in person and through a few phone calls. Had a couple of issues with lost travel passes and in a few minutes each time everything was sorted without any hint of being an issue. Great customer service

you are not doing very well in responding to your emails i have sent you its taken over 24 hrs to responde to my email about a refund for a smartcard that money got taking out my account for but the screen froze during prosscesing so smar card could be loaded for the 7 day rotherham connect
