They are fraud. I booked a flight for London to San Francisco for 2 people at a discounted price. Within 1 hour of my booking they called and mentioned during to technical glitch they were showing an incorrect amount for the flights and they will send a refund. 1 week passed and I did not receive the refund. I called and they assured I will get the refund in another couple of days. After waiting again I called they mentioned they refunded my just after the booking how ever till date(4 months later) I have not received my refund. We checked with the credit card company and they mentioned they received a refund from Travel Junction. This company is an absolute fraud. I will contact consumer forum for this. My order number is XP684990

Total scam!!!! They were charging 257 from my original purchase of 135. They said that coming back home is in a stand by. When I booked it, it doesn’t say standby and 257. I agreed to pay for what is in the web. Bunch of scammers. It ruined my day and there’s a lot of people having hardship with their life and you travel junctions still managed to scam people. Please do not use this company bec they are a bunch of scammers. And please don’t reply to this comment and apologize. If you apologize then stop charging people extra!!!!!!

Purchased tickets to the far east but had not received the E-tickets. After a few days I chased and spoke to Nancy Young on their chat system. The E-tickets were emailed to me and I was able to manage my booking with the airline. You should not have to chase for the E-Tickets but the matter was resolved promptly once I contacted them.
