On 27-11-2024 I was trying to purchase a ticket to Kenya from London Heathrow for an elderly friend couple. I looked on the internet and called up a few travel agents and the I got the prices from £680.00 to £730.00 and filled in a few details. I then got a call from Roy Gill of Travel-E-Link saying that he can give me at a price of £600.00 each for which I thought that this was a bargain. I was prepared to pay in full and get the e-ticket but he refused and said that this is a promotional fare by Kenya Airways and that I had to pay in 4 installments and pay a deposit of £200.00 to secure this. I told him that we always go abroad and we always get a ticket straight away when we in one go at the start but he said that in this instance we cannot as this is a promotional fare by Kenya Airways. I trusted him and paid the £200.00 deposit to secure this deal. I was compelled to pay this deposit by him. I then checked their website and found that 95% of people had been conned by this company and requested not to deal with this company as it was a fraudulent company. They lost their deposits and some were told to pay about £600.00 more above their fare ticket quoted at the final installment saying that the fares have now gone up.They were all at the company's mercy as they could not go elsewhere. This is delaying tactic by the company to fraud people. At that point I asked Roy to cancel my deposit and pay me back in full. He only paid me £100.00 and kept the other £100.00. I was still under the 14 day period and they are in breach of contract. I had also asked him for an ATOL No and he said that he would only give after the final installment is paid. I tried to call the Director Mr Zahid Sattar several times at their Head Office only to be put back to Roy and my Blood Pressure was shooting high as I am a heart patient. This company is totally fraudulent and should be stopped trading as more and more innocent people will be losing their hard earned money to this rogue company.

They are crooks don't trust this company. They reserved an emergency booking for me only to get to the airport and realise they had booked me on a different flight which was cheaper and they refused to give a refund from the airline which they received. Never use them, a bunch of crooks

Crooks who have increase prices every now and then. They don't fulfil anything and are very arrogant after taking your money. Book with them at your own risk

Don't trust this company with your hard earned money. They are called Travel - e- Link, based in Manchester but they are falsely trading under another company's name called Travellink worldwide Ltd based in London. They do not have a positive review whatsoever. Just beware of them and becareful of their aggressive marketing strategy.

I recently had similar experiences with *Travelelink Ltd.*

Shortly after paying in full, for the quoted fare, (including an unexpected booking fee) I was told that the airline "expire the fare" and to issue the ticket, I "need to pay the difference".
I insisted that they either issue the ticket, refund my money or I would report the company to the Police Siber Crime Department, *Action Fraud*.

After toing and froing, I stood my ground and they finally issued an e-Ticket. I know from reading previous reviews that this does not necessarily mean that I am booked on that flight.

I wait anxiously as the saga unfolds.

This company is fraudulent. All of the negative reviews are true. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I first contacted them after being referred. I wanted to pay for my ticket over time, which they assured me I’d be able to do. Eventually I paid for my ticket in full after they were hounding me saying that my ticket fare would increase, even though we agreed on a specific rate. I asked them to issue my ticket, but they refused. They ensured me that my ticket was secure even though I was very skeptical. Over a month after I paid, I called the airline to confirm just to find out that my reservation was cancelled 2 months before. What type of company lures customers to pay and refuses to issue a ticket immediately? I then requested a refund and they told me to have patience that they will find another ticket. The option they showed me required 4 days of travel due to 2 overnight layovers which is ridiculous. At this point I was fed up and had to DEMAND a refund, speak to several of their “colleagues” and it seemed like they were all scrambling trying to give me run around. I told them I would call the police if they do not process the refund and that is when they had sense to comply. Again, do not use this company. They use fake stock pictures on their Whatsapp, they claim their website is “down” and their English is poor. I found myself in an unfortunate situation by using them, still with no ticket and a partial refund.

This TRAVEL LINK company is a LOUSY company. Please and please don’t use them. I got a referral to them from my younger brother because I was to travel to Tbilisi Georgia with my last daughter.
One ANNA was appointed to be our agent. This lady ended up messing up everything. On the booking she made , she didn’t make provision for us to travel on an international flight with luggage’s. It was by God’s favor that we were allowed to fly with our luggage from Gatwick to Tbilisi on the first leg of our trip. On my return which I came back alone because I had to leave my daughter back there to continue with her studies, I was made to pay over $250 because my ticket indicated that I was not having provision for baggage. I called the company when I got back to the UK and they started tossing me up and down like a yo-yo. My daughter unused ticket wasn’t refunded and they stopped responding to my calls. They are a bad representation of the their country of origin here in the UK.
If I had anything more severe than a one star rating, that is what I would have given to them . They are not worth even half a star. Like one of the reviews stated, they are good at hounding you to make payment but once you’ve done that. They immediately become your boss
