Ben was excellent in arranging and supporting our recent holiday to America. We wanted to make it a very special event, as it was part of my brother’s wedding celebrations, and with Ben’s help, it really was. Having used Travel Without Limits previously I didn't hesitate to contact Ben when I decided I wanted to go to Lake Garda. His enthusiasm and swift response meant that without lifting a finger, I had several options for flights and hotels in my inbox. He thought of all the things I would have forgotten like airport parking, security fast track and a private transfer to the hotel. All I was left to do was pack the case. It makes the holiday more enjoyable knowing I'm in Ben's safe hands and I knew he would be available if I needed him. The area we stayed and the accommodation was perfect, as always Ben had got it spot on. Currently using his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to book next year's trips. Ben took care of all the plans for our trip to Iceland and every single thing was perfect! We asked for a deluxe room but Ben surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, and there was even a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived.
