After an absolute back-and-forth war with them on the phone over numerous days, they had the audacity to offer us 10% of our rightful refund for our Emirates plane tickets. In addition to the already dreadful battle to get our money back, the customer service had the cheek to exhibit a defensive and disrespectful tone with us?! Purely gobsmacked at the boldness of the man on the phone. The definition of daylight robbery, would not recommend even to my worst enemy.
