Purchased tickets and realised they enter their contact details on the airline website which means the passengers are not able to select seats or check in online. You contact travel trolley and they basically ask for money which is almost equal to half the price of the fare. Glad this happened as next time would rather pay that little bit extra and book directly with the airline.

I booked a flight to the Maldives through their booking website. £600 left my account and I never got a confirmation.

After a week of trying to get hold of them via emails and phone calls I managed to message them on WhatsApp. Sent over the proof that I had been charged.

A day later they said they now couldn’t re book the flights and the price had gone up.

Complete waste of time and were really unhelpful with trying to help solve my issue.

Also the website links don’t work.

Just like usual, very quick to take your money but won’t play ball when it’s time to sort any issues out. Have now wasted hours on the phone over 3 separate days

Book a ticket through them and there was a mistake with the date. I was asked to pay double of the price for date change or get less than a quarter of the ticket price. I opted to get the refund. To my surprise I was told the refund will take 5 weeks to process. After much deliberation I agreed.
8 weeks after they never refund me. Really angry and upset.

Honestly don’t use these or Fly Sharp - same company. That advertise prices for flights, let you book and then contact you the next day to say price has dramatically increased. Happened 3 times to me. Even when I was still on their website on the flights which were being advertised at the price they kept saying it was not available. Yes they refunded each time promptly but that’s not the point.

BEWARE!! If you cancel or do not show up for one of the flights on your booking they cancel them all!! Saving money turned into spending £576 more than just booking with their airline just to change one flight time on the same day - along with a £150 'admin fee' to Travel Trolley - SCAM!

Avoid! BA cancelled my flight, I contacted BA, they told me to contact TT, I did so. I requested a full refund and was told 4-6 weeks as per policy.
Sorry, I don’t get to wait 4-6 weeks to pay for the flight, I don’t see why I should wait for what could be a month and a half to get my money back. In the age of the internet this should be nearly instantaneous. It would be quicker to get a cheque in the post. Ridiculous.
