Tony helped recommend, then organise our family trip to the Maldives staying at the Adaaran Select Meedhupparau Resort. With a 15 and 18 year old we needed an island with plenty to do and it didn't disappoint on any level. From the moment we engaged with Tony to our safe arrival back (greeted with a welcome home card which was such a lovely touch) he was on hand to help and answer any questions. The personal service and attention to detail around our brief really made a difference. It was a fabulous trip which ticked all our boxes!

My mother engaged Tony to organise a once-in-a-lifetime holiday: a safari in Tanzania followed by a beach week in Zanzibar for the 5 of us. Tony was extremely efficient & keen to plan & organise a trip that would meet our requirements. After the first ‘draft’, we suggested a few changes which Tony incorporated immediately. All the details & the itinerary were meticulously planned, organised & communicated to us. When the return flights were cancelled by the airline 2 weeks before the trip, Tony calmly provided 3 further options & rebooked our preferred option. A beautiful travel wallet containing all the necessary paperwork arrived prior to our trip & Tony was even contactable via email when we had a small query whilst in the Serengeti!
The holiday was fabulous - an amazing 7-day safari, during which we stayed in the most luxurious lodges & saw the Big Six, followed by a week (which really was like being in Paradise!) at the Next Paradise Boutique hotel in Zanzibar. We are hugely grateful to Tony for planning & organising this - he has already booked another holiday for us at Christmas. We will certainly use him again & would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends.

As a family that's not been beyond Europe for the last 15 years, we were slightly nervous about booking a big holiday but we entrusted our "once-in-a-lifetime" Mauritius trip to Tony and I'm really glad we did. Tony has detailed knowledge of destinations in all corners of the World and having listened to all our needs he recommended a beautiful hotel that ticked all our boxes, as well as a couple of other options over a range of prices. Not only was the resort just what we were looking for, Tony had picked it for its location: it was on the sheltered side of the island with the best weather and the nicest beaches, but also within easy reach of the capital where we planned to visit family during our trip. Tony also took the trouble to recommend some things for us to see during the holiday and gave us tips on how to go about it, which meant we enjoyed a number of local sights and experiences. In the run-up to the trip, we asked Tony to arrange travel insurance which was both straightforward and competitive, and in the days before the flight out, he prompted me to pre-book airport parking in order to save a few hundred pounds. I was concerned that some countries can be a pain to get into with additional requirements for Covid, passport validity etc., but Tony talked me through everything and really made it feel much less stressful. Needless to say, the trip was amazing, we had a wonderful time and both the resort and the whole island were fantastic. We were really struck by the caring attitude of all the staff at the resort which underlined why Tony recommended it in the first place... it truly was incredible. Tony checked in with us by text whilst we were away, and again when we returned - it was a great comfort to know that if we had any difficulties we could have just given him a call for advice or help. It goes without saying that we'll be booking all our holidays through Tony and Not Just Travel in the future.

Tony has done an amazing job of booking an extremely memorable holiday for a special birthday celebration. We visited 2 Greek islands Skiathos and Skopelos. All the transfers worked extremely well and both hotels found by Tony were beyond our expectations. We will certainly be using Tony again as this has made the booking and travelling process completely stress free.

After I retired Clare and I decided to do a world tour to visit friends and relations in the USA and Australia. We have used Tony’s services in the past and he quickly helped us firm up on the ideas for a world tour which would take us east to west visiting the USA, Canada, Australia and finally Singapore. He then presented us with an itinerary which met all our requirements; he finally went ahead and made all the airline and hotel bookings for us along with “meet-and-greet” ground transport arrangements.

Every aspect of the world tour went as planned. The hotel types were varied, ranging from modern business-class to quaint but high-quality boutique-types. Perhaps the highlight for us was to find each hotel was not only selected based upon quality but on its position in the city, typically giving us easy walking access to many of the sights we wanted to see.

We had a fantastic holiday and were reassured that wherever we were, Tony was available to contact if we had any issues. As it was, everything went as planned, we had a great time and we were able to leave Tony in peace!
