I would highly recommend this company, I hired them for our Haven family holiday at Hopton village in Norfolk. SOS Travel picked us up from my home, where 8 of us were waiting with a decent amount of luggage. I might also add, it was a dog friendly holiday site we went to and our dog was allowed to travel with us on their mini bus, which was such a relief. The mini bus we had was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning. My booking and our Journey both to and from Haven was stress free. I mean, who needs stress when you’re planning a holiday, right? We did have different drivers, one for our journey there and the other for our journey home. Both drivers were very pleasant, courteous and professional, they took the right amount of ‘comfort stops’ which were needed with a nervous dog on board. I don’t normally write reviews for anything, but SOS Travel played an important part in our little family get away, so, I recommend them and I would definitely use them again. Cheers ?

Travel SOS made our multi leg 20 day trip so smooth and easy! We had a group of 7 including grandparents and 14 roller bags and 7 backpacks. They picked us from Heathrow and dropped us to our rental flat near Canada Water Station. Then a week later picked us up from our flat and drove us 2 + hours to the cruise port in SouthHampton and then 12 days later picked us up in SouthHampton and took us back to Heathrow. Our driver was awesome and we got to know each other well over our many hours together. Their mini bus was so comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for luggage and space for us to spread out and great AC. They were always early, waiting for us and communicating so we could easily find them. I cannot recommend them enough- they made our trip and were very affordable! Travel SOS helped us out with a very last-minute request for a busy business tour with a number of stop offs. From the initial email enquiry to actual event the staff were helpful, quick to respond and accommodating. The minibus was high quality, clean and on time and the driver was pleasant. Great service throughout that helped make the event run smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What can i say about Travel SOS? From booking to price to minibus to driver. Excellent. I booked them for a nikah ceremony in London for my son and I was kept updated and had continuous contact with Usman, who even responded while he was on holiday. I arranged a visit to the depot and was met by a very courteous Qasim, whom I spoke with prior via messaging. I wa given a free upgrade by Usman who also allocated the most respectful and courteous Khadar, our driver. I cannot fault these guys and this company and even before our journey, I had recommended them to someone. I would definitely recommend and use Travel SOS again. May Allah grant you success.

Mohammed Ali was such a wonderful driver to come with us. He was so polite and patient throughout the entire journey and very helpful as well. It was that good that the passengers on the bus requested we have him specifically next time we travel. Thanks Mohammed! You made our trip a good one

I enquired about airport transport via email and received a speedy response.

The price was cheaper than a company that i had used before.

We had to add passengers to our mini bus and the cost for this was better than we expected, with no real price increase for those who had already booked to travel with us.

I found the text messages from the team a great way of contacting them, as i always got a timely response.

I had to change the pick-up address at short notice, and this was accommodated by the team.

We had drivers Umar for our journey to the airport and Shadur on our return journey.

Both drivers texted WhatsApp messaged me before our journey, which was great.

Both drivers were on time, polite and friendly, our drive to the airport was quicker than expected and we arrived with time to spare.

On the way back, I had forgotten to inform the company of the change of address for drop off. Shadur was very accommodating and insisted that this was not an inconvenience to him. I was so grateful.

The service we received was fantastic, and I will be using Travel SOS again and I will also be telling my friends and family about the company.
