If its not a bus stop and there are no yellow lines by the rules can park whoever wants, thats what I done today as I was doing school run. But your company bus driver, rudely knocked to my car window and told me to move as he wants to park there. Plus he was as well braking rules by parking on the road mark "keep clear". Sad that my daughter couldn't make better picture. But your company drivers attitude is really disgusting and disappointing as they don't care about other public members😔All this happened next to Fulston Manor School.

18.25 Rail replacement service from Ashford to ebbsfleet. Shocking. Went wrong way through Ashford, Driver was heavy breaking meaning bottles and rubbish flying down the coach, coach was filthy, Front window had cracks all over it, Driver couldn’t stay in lane and he was on his first trip. Bring back The Kings Ferry coaches.

My son was on his year 7 transition day and missed the 373s bus this morning due to being at the wrong bus stop! I contacted Travel Masters who then went back to collect him from Sittingbourne and dropped him off at school in Sheerness. He mentioned how nice the staff were. Thank you so much for making sure he didn't miss his first day.

Horrendous Service from original quote from Travel Executive of £706 and was happy to go ahead and book , asked a question and the Travel Executive Danny took days to respond, in which in the mean time the Invoice that he had told me not to pay had expired, had to chase up Danny again , for him to say I will be in touch tomorrow , nothing the following day. had to chase up again , got to the following Monday, I get a message claiming a Misquote and my new Quote is £1350 , first it was a misquote and then quickly turned into lack of Availability due to the delays in which was the Companies fault, after discussions with Management the best they could offer was £1250. Obviously very unhappy and the 2 members of staff really took no responsibility for the Mistakes they had made.

Disgusting customer service from both the bus drivers and the office staff. Was sworn and screamed at by a bus driver then when I phoned the office to advise them of the incident, was then spoken to by an extremely hostile and ill-mannered lady called Julia.

Drivers who hurl abuse members of the public and an obtuse receptionist who blames a national bus driver shortage ! Abysmal service from a receptionist who claims the driver has a “difficult” route and accepts that he hangs out of his window shouting and swearing while taking children to school. Absolute JOKE.

May be worth reminding your bus drivers how indictors work on a roundabout.. they are driving a bus not an audi.. they need to actually indicate to let people keep where they are going!
