I was serviced by Kevin Walsh, I agreed on the price £1325 and a deposit of £175. We agreed on instalments at this price
At no point was i told about the terms and conditions on the call. They were not stated over the phone or sent in writing by Kevin.

He insisted that I transferred the deposit over the phone and was told I would receive a confirmation email.

Upon receiving the conform email and noticing the price increase more than the £1325 agreed. When I raised this “he said you thought I knew the terms and conditions”. At no point did he state that there would be a price increase on our call. I should have been fully briefed on all options.

He booked 2 stops despite me mentioning I only wanted one

I felt coerced and manipulated, the product I was sold wasn’t what had been advertised to me. I was Miss sold a products and felt uneasy to continue with the purchase I told this to Kevin and he agreed to issue a refund.

Since then, I have spoken to Kevin on 2 separate occasions about this refund. He has given me conflicting information about the process of my refund. He initially said it would take 10days, on the next occasion he said 12 working days. (Which we have now exceeded)

On the last occasion Kevin said a refund had been received from the airline and was being processed.

After waiting 3weeks I contacted customer service about my refund. Only to be told my refund had been denied.

They failed to acknowledge that I had already made a payment before they send me the terms and conditions.

This further demonstrated the deceit, they never had any intention of issuing my refund and it was never processed. I was hoodwinked.

Both management and Kevin have avoided me since.
