Great company to deal with holiday was excellent value ,well organised and we recieved good contact throughout.
Day trip to transylvania was really enjoyable and well worth it
Hotel was spotlessly clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast!!

Had good service from Joanne Baker on a holiday to Amsterdam , provided plenty of options on hotels , and ended up being a last minute booking literally the day before .

The one thing I wasn't sure of is that how prices had gone up a little from the initial quote a week earlier, and then after sending over a bank transfer that prices had moved up further again which travel goals absorbed some of the cost but I still had to send more over . Generally prices go down not up.

Another thing i confused over Although I asked about tourist tax as it wasn't mentioned in the quote joanne checked and was given a price , when I turned up it was 80 odd euro extra not what was sent to Joanne, so put a little dampener with the overall cost of the trip

Another personal touch was joanne checking in on thr day to see if we arrived ok , being on hand if needed and checked in for the return

After booking a trip to Transylvania through Travel Goals UK I didn't hesitate in booking this trip to Krakow with Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour.Travel agent Joanne Baker sorted everything which all went without any problems for a great price Joanne was very good sorting the numerous changes to the booking i made.The trip was fantastic. I will definitely be using this travel company in the future .

Absolutely amazing holiday. Steve and co at travel goals booked me a great package at a great price. All flights hotels excursions booked for us so no hassle with things. Always replied and was helpful from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service, swift and easy Tony was really helpful. Holiday was amazing had a really good time visiting Draculas Castle, Peles Castle, seeing the wild bears and visiting the salt mine

I found this travel agent on Facebook. After sending them a quick message, the lovely Joanna responded to me straight away. I felt that she really listened to me and tailor made a package specifically for me. I spent 5 fantastic nights in Vietnam and 5 wonderful days in Thailand. I was in awe of how thought out the package was. I’m only back from my travels 2 months and I’ve already booked my next trip in the spring with Joanna’s help. I feel so cared for and looked after. She found the best flights for me with times and layovers that suit me the best. She even sent me a kind reminder the day before my holiday that I’m due to fly tomorrow. This agency is a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend! I haven’t even been on my next trip yet and Joanna is already planning the following trip in October for me! I’m a happy returning customer and will choose this travel agent again and again!
