I had a nice time on the 303 to County Bridge on the East Lancs Esteem (PN07KRZ) and it was fairly tidy, with a tiny bit of litter. Though this is the only bus I rode, I can’t give a full in-depth review of if they’re good or not but at least the bus I rode was alright. It was cheap for a Child Single (£1.15) and the driver was fairly normal and calm. It’s a bit unfortunate they lost tendering for the 303 which is now with Diamond, but Diamond are more promising and actually somewhat better than some independent Black Country companies.

Stupidly lost something very important on the 11 which is detrimental to my job. I phoned the bus garage the following day who didn't have the item but the gentleman went to the extra length, used his initiative and asked me to look in my receipt/ticket as it would state the registration of the bus I used. He then rang the bus driver who found the items I'd lost and kept them safe for me until I was able to come and collect them as I am not local. Very helpful bunch of guys, I've learnt my lesson and will be forever greatful.

Drivers are dreadful. They are constantly on their mobile phones, they drive erratically, they drive past people signalling them to stop at designated stops, they constantly halt and block in NX services. Will be reporting them to TFWM & The Combined Authority.

14 Dec I went to get the 17.21 no63 from stop opposite Kimberley St. I always aim to get to stop at 1/4 past as sometimes they're early. I saw the bus turning into Owen Rd so knew it was running late. Waited til 17.50- no bus. Reckon driver went straight down the main rd back into town. I was going to connect with Walsall bus at bus stn to go to an event but just went home instead. Gutted, disgusted, angry. Last time I was on their no 11 it was going so fast an old man was thrown from his seat into the aisle.

The buses do not stop where they are meant to;just go past even when a hand's put out. Terrible service, was much better when Diamond had the same routes. Very difficult to contact anyone, not sure if anything happens if one does try.

4 July- wearing bright orange and he still went past! If Let's Go can't handle the routes, allow other bus companies to do it. I'm going to be half an hour late now because I have polymyositis (it will take a while to walk to the tram stop).

Where do I start... Travel Express (in disguise as "Lets Go") offer sheds on wheels that belong in the black country museum. They are known for running dangerous buses and running off timetable to compete - both of which I have witnessed in Wolverhampton. If you brave one of their buses make sure you wear a face covering (not for covid reasons, just because they smell) and burn your clothes afterwards. How they win TfWM contracts is beyond me. When I think of a positive I'll come back and update you all. On that note, let's go...

Appalled.Never travelled with this company before and surely won't ever be. Saw a buss running in service down the Tettenhall Road on service 1 with passengers and just smoking and looking like it's perfectly fine. The buses are all old.I would never use this company

Aggressive driver who has no people skills thinks it's OK to shout at a customer, close doors on them and refuse to give his name or company contact details to complain about him. When I reported this to the company the response I got was "I will speak to him tonight" which to me means nothing will happen. Not impresed!
