Don't see what the point of this being here is. Wouldn't help me when I was mis sold bus tickets by a bus driver. All three members of staff just sat there not even bothered to try and help

We went yesterday to renew a travel pass. The man behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. He had to upload a new photo and did it without the usual sigh at the extra work. He even brought the pass out us rather than calling us back to the counter. Top class service. Thank you.
