I purchased the World Travel Adapter at the SEOUL-INCHEON airport. I used it to recharge my phone while at the airport and it worked great. However, when I got home the mechanism for retracting the prongs was stuck down, making the adapter unusable for any country that doesn't use the EU type prongs. Since I had thrown away the receipt, I thought nothing could be done. I contacted Travel-Blue and Samantha had me send pictures of the stuck adapter. It was promptly replaced with a new unit! That is superior customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase additional products from Travel-Blue!

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I travel around the world and I take my Travel Blue Tech adaptor. It does exactly what it needs to do. I recently had a slight issue with it and then contacted customer service. They responded in well under 24 hours and immediately shipped out a replacement. That sets the bar on customer service!

30 euro for a world travel adapter that falls apart in minutes and isn't easy to put back together as there is a plastic element which doesn't click back in but rather sits loosely so when you try to put the top back together it sort of jumps out of place and stops you from putting the top back. Frustrating bit of "tech" which is now getting thrown away after extremely little use.
