I would give them zero if it was an option. They've lied about refunding advertising fees and are trying to withhold £600, they also did not do their proper checks before agreeing to sell my timeshare and have been very unhelpful and unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

'Managed' to pay this group to 'sell' our Vegas timeshare. They rang cold call. Sounded good. Took our money (refunded if they sold) and we heard once in the next 6 month. They then rang asking to extend the advert given the great interest. Ye right. £400 lost😩. We have a property on the strip in Vegas in a desirable week. Make of that what you think.

If you are selling do not waste your money. It cost £400 to show our Loch Lomond property on their candidly poor web site for 6 months. Their selling skills are nonexistent and they only contacted me when they wanted another £200 “to extend your time on our site…”

We put our timeshare in the hands of Travel and Leisure in May 2024 and we are pleased to say that they have come good and completed the sale for us at an acceptable price. The dealings we had with various members of the staff was very professional so much so we would certainly recommend them.

Not impressed selling my apartment in Anfi. Their best seller apparently, lots of views etc but no offers. Friendly by phone but don't expect anything more than 'token' marketing they offer. You chase them for progress. Only happy to chase you when it comes to advert renewal. 2 years later, spent over £500 marketing still no sale. Can't believe they had cheek to offer me 12mth extension for additional £99. Get real! Take a look at value you are offering clients and your income stream from exploiting them. Value for money 1/10 stay clear. This company should offer no sale no fee but they don't!

I recently bought a timeshare in the Four Seasons Vilamoura from Travel & Leisure Group.
I found the experience to be professional and supportive at every stage of the process.
It was my first experience of buying a timeshare and I was very worried and unsure.
However I was reassured and never had any concern at any stage.
Paula responded to my emails by return and this was very reassuring.
I would definitely recommend this Company.

We have been with this company for almost 3 years and like others, we were assured if we paid for advertising, we were more likely to sell. I understand that they can not force people to buy, however, with 25 years experience, i do expect honesty and better guidance. We live overseas, but last year visited and spoke with Sarah, operations manager, to be assured we would receive regular updates and that she would do what she could to help us sell. We have had no updates or contact and recently been told to call the helpline. We dont want an update, we want to know what is happening and why we can not even find our timeshare on their website. Customer service is shocking, unless you are giving them money.
