Reviews of Travel Africa Magazine

The best Travel magazine for Africa. Price/quality is well in balance. Great updated safari advice. Interesting stories by travellers. Beautiful wildlife articles. Always checking my postbox for the latest issue, going on a virtual safari from my chair , dreaming of our next safari. Greetings, Ron , The Netherlands

I love receiving Travel Africa magazine! It is one of my reading highlights every quarter. I read it from front to back. In fact, I enjoy reading it so much, that I even read the advertisements! Thanks Travel Africa for the wealth of information on the African continent, especially Southern Africa

I saw my first copy of Travel Africa magazine on the coffee table in my safari lodge bungalow when I was on my first safari some years ago.
I was impressed by the beauty and quality of the contents in the magazine. It embodied everything I want in a magazine.
I couldn't bring myself to steal the magazine to take home with me - no really I couldn't, tempted as I was! - but as soon as I did reach home I went about tracking down the publishers to get an international subscription for myself.
That was a few years ago, and I have not missed an issue since then. I have them all neatly filed in Travel Africa binders.
It is always with a sense of excitement that I find the latest issue has arrived in the mail, and I scurry back up my driveway, knowing that I am about to make a cup of tea and abandon all chores for the next hour as I sit down and take my first look through the latest images, articles, advertisements and features. I don't read anything though, at that point. I just take note of everything that's in there, knowing that I will ration my daily time spent reading everything in there, in order to make it all last until the next issue arrives.
For the next little while breakfast is eaten every day with the magazine open in front of me, and new page or pages read - strictly rationed - every day.
From the breakfast table I head to the computer where I Google every place, name, event, or book about which I have just read. I particularly enjoy going to the websites of all the advertised safari lodges, camps, and drives. There is no other magazine in which I enjoy the advertisements, let alone study them.
If you are as in love with Africa as I am, and love travelling there, and taking safaris there, then this is the No 1 magazine to read. It transports me there in my mind, and helps me enormously in planning for upcoming trips.

I bought the magazine in Stockolm airport long long time ago and It has been on my bedside table ever since. This magazine inspired many of our travels to Africa and will do for our incoming ones. My love for this continent has also been passed on to my entire family through this magazine. Sherry is incredibly helpful and the times the magazine was delivered damaged by the rain she always took care of replacing it, as she knows how we love it. Great Job.

Travel Africa Magazine is really good, whether you are traveling to Africa for the first time or have been there before. We have received many good tips in the magazine before our trips to Africa. //Lars Heurgren, Stockholm, Sweden

Travel Africa is an inspiring magazine that transports you to Africa.
Articles are very pertinent, and brings diverse facets of African tourism, be it the wildlife, conservation, accommodation, reader blogs.. It's a complete magazine, that provides you with enough information to plan your "next" African safari.
I always look forward to the next copy, as soon as I am done reading with the current one.

I absolutely love this magazine. It covers all aspects of travelling to this amazing continent. Even the adverts are interesting and very useful if you are looking for somewhere new to visit. You get in depth articles from well informed contributors who really know Africa. This magazine keeps me going in between trips to Africa!
