Daycare was super accommodating and helpful. He assisted booking a lot as moment trip without hesitation and was extremely courteous, patient and resourceful. Would definitely recommend this tour company As prices were extremely reasonable and tour was well organized. Thank you

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE
THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE THAT OR SALESPERSONS AFFILIATED with this company. They will tell you lies and incorrect information about the package they sold you. We were told the catamaran trip was supposed to include access to the beach club providing beach chairs umbrellas drinks, food, etc for our time in Islan Mujere. When we arrived we had none of that. The only thing we received for the what we paid was a hour and a half at the restaurant. This was not what we were offered and we am extremely angry with the deception.

This is a terrible service. We booked a turtle excursion with a stop at a cenotes. Our driver picked us up at 7AM and we proceeded to drive an hour and a half to a stop to pick up our guide for the day. An hour and a half away from our hotel our guide then tells us turtles are cancelled for the day and we can choose to go snorkeling instead (there was no other option given so I’m not sure what we were choosing.) it was too windy causing dangerous ocean conditions for the turtles. I understand that is out of anyone’s control but we could have been told before we left the hotel that the trip was cancelled as the wind conditions were the same at that time. Then they forced us to sign a paper saying we were ok with the change of activities for the day. Our excursion was supposed to be a 2 hr drive each way and 4.5 hours of activities costing $1,200 for 5 people. We were told approx 9 hours total, we were back at our hotel in under 7 hours. We had approx 45 minutes at a cenotes and not even 30 minutes of snorkeling. The snorkeling was horrible in a lagoon with dozens of other ppl and hardly any fish to see. We saw about 5 fish of the same species. Our guide was very knowledgeable on the area and wildlife but not at all worth the $1,200 we were charged for a 9 hr turtle excursion. Had we been told ahead of time the change in activities we would have picked a different activity altogether. Never again
