Our cruise was cancelled on 22 February due to covid19, was told on phone we would get full refund, 3 month on and we are still waiting for our money to be refunded. No word from the office so we don't know what us happening. Have written letter to them so let's see what happens we they get it.

Ive been waiting 6 months for a cancelled cruise. Cant get through on the phone and email replies are once every month with another request for more evidence that has already been sent off. Im going down the legal route now as im £2300 out of pocket. If i could give no stars i would.

They were completely unhelpful with regards my deposit they kept from the Thomas Cook fiasco. To the point when they hung up on me. I'm disgusted and if there was a no star option, they'd have it.
